At such a low price, the hotel condition is acceptable, it is suitable for the person who want to stay for 1 or 2 days, but not encourage for the person who want to stay for a long times because it didn't provide room services and it is also difficult to find a parking here.

Good Hotel for Limited Budget Travellers”
The room is big with window. The hotel is close to convenient stores, banks and nasi kandar restaurant. The hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from Sentul Timur LRT station. The hotel staff is kind enough to show me a short cut route to go to the LRT station via Hindu Temple and took saved me 5 minutes. I have pleasant stay in this hotel.

Washroom water pressure good Set back no chair or stool, no wardrobe or hanger for clothes, shower knob leaking, no dustbin, door handle shaky and felt insecure when locking. Overall good deal price wise if you just want to put your things, shower and spend the night

Pro: Near to KTM station. Has plenty of restaurants beside the hotel. Friendly staff Con: The room electricity box has a buzzing noise. When informed to the reception counter, I was advised its usual. The room is not sound proof. Tiles are not fixed properly. It moved when I step on it. Need to pay deposit upon check-in even when I've fully paid to agoda.
