Bad location, unhelpful, no parking, fake pricing & and refused to help!”
I booked my stay here online and after driving in KL traffic jam after 1 hour, I arrive at the hotel with no place to park my car. After I arrive to the place, the receptionist say that this price is wrong and the actual price is 3 times more than what is confirmed. So we move to different place.

Disappointing was an understatement”
I did not select this hotel based on the discount (41%) that it was offering. It was just a random choice of a single room as I was there as on business trip. Only discovered that there was a 41% discount on seeing the booking form. Felt being interrogated by the recep staff. Was allocated a room that was the smallest I presume with badly designed toilet facilities and airconditioner that was did not work well. Not going to recommend this hotel to anyone else. I think around that area there were better choices.

This was the third time we stayed here and whenever we're in KL, we would stay here again, because of cleanliness, facilities and location. The first time we stayed here, we were on the second floor and that was the best room so far. This time we were on the first floor in the T-corner and we experienced a lot more noise. We were a bit unlucky our last night, because there was a group of girls checking in at 12 am on the same floor. I don't think they slept, but they really liked visiting each other, so they kept us a wake. In the morning we woke up because the walky-talky the staff uses is kinda loud. (Hope they can make this less loud) I still really recommend this hotel, but next time I hope we could stay on 2nd or 3rd floor in the back :-).

Great Value hotel and part of the OYO chain..This is 3 mins walk to Pudu train station and 10 mins to the Ikea store and My town shopping centre..the owner also speaks many languages so is helpful if your a non speaking traveller

I want to complain sh hotel refused online booking using agoda(oyo)website. ”
When my last 3 days booking online using agoda website at sh hotel....the hotel management inform me that agoda owe their hotel money never pay...request me to cancel booking for that 3 days and pay them cash...i refused to their request bcs i oredi seattle the payment online with agoda...after 3 days when i wanted to continue book online in sh hotel...their staff tell me cannot booked using agoda website...either i have to pay them cash or booked using other website except agoda...i not quite sure what is happening...wish to have an answer for this issue...at last i didnt co tinue stay at sh hotel after the arguement.

Bad reception staff and room toilet”
Reception staff sold off my room before i reach for check in. I paid when i booking thru agoda and they din even called me before they selling off. After 30 minutes to deal with agoda, agoda promised to absorb the aditional charge by hotel when i upgrade to a available room. Bathroom water was so small and reception said is pretty normal and asked me to wait for 1 hour later to bath. Hairdryer was shared among every room. And at midnight i requested for it and they said was taken by other customers. Requested for receipt but they asked me to come down after one hour to redeem the receipt but i rejected and say that i wanted to take when i check out. But when checking out they still havent print it for me. After printed the receipt wasnt attached with the price, so what called a receipt without price attaching?

Very lousy service”
Will never go again! I paid for the room and already requested late check in and twin single bed. But the staff sold off the paid room to others without giving me a call before selling it. Then asked me to top up rm40 for a bigger room. Called agoda and agoda promised to upgrade it for me with all additional charges agoda will take it to their account. Wanted to take a shower but the water is so small, and the staff said because of too much usage from other rooms and asked me to wait for one hour later to bath. Requested for hairdryer and they said the hairdryer is share among to all rooms. So after use need to return to them. Reception staff is not friendly talking when i requested for a receipt. And he asked me to wait for an hour to print the receipt and the receipt doesnt attached any amount of money i paid. Never ever go again even is cheap
