Bad Experience ever”
The Staff is not professional at all. I requested for a water bottle thrice. And yes, you guessed it right, at the end I had to go to the reception and have it by myself. Staff don't even knock the door before entering into room. What else I can say...... you can imagine it now......

good hotel but incorrect description”
Hotel was fine just the description is incorrect. The hotel staff got rude when i asked him for the invoice of the extra bed that i paid for which was recorded in the call between Oyo, hotel and me . i was promised that oyo will take necessary steps against the rude behaviorof the hotel guy. after spending almost entire day contacting the hotel and oyo,i got the invoice at late night. i just shared my experience.it was the first time that it happened and i hope it will not happen again.
