Basically, it is a fair consideration. You get what you pay. Good things is the staff is helpful. When he knows I am staying for 3 days and concern about the car parking matter, the staff took the initiative to get me a car parking lot for free without my request. This really value added to me and feel good. Cleanliness is the area can be further improved. However, it is acceptable level after taking into consideration of the money you pay. Water heater is not functioning, I can not get the hot water to shower. However, I did not make any complaint as the weather is hot. I was okay to take a cold water bath. You need to request for the toilet paper. Only yellow lights in the room, I would prefer to have some white light to make the room brighter . In overall, I feel good about the hotel (you pay what you get).

room 217 not well kept. very dirty. i dunno what happen with oyo .. its very bad and sad. go n look for your self. exhaust fan dirty. no window lock toilet drain stuck tv has no channel aircondition got rattle sound bed lamp missing cover smokers room kiblat stiker worn cracks on the wall dirty corridor not using curtain. Sad. i book a diffrent room and got a diffrent room.. made my complaint here because i hv no mood to change room on that day.. i check out at 730am.. to many mosquito.. have a look and contact me back..

Room is completely different from the pictures provided. Little or no maintenance in the room. No cloth hangers and drinking cups in the room even though there is a water dispenser at corridor.

I booked Standard Twin Room but they gave me Standard Double room. The room was dusty, the bed was so old I can feel the wires inside. I stay for two nights but in the 2nd day no one ask for room service or courtesy to change the towels. The Wi-Fi are not not connected eventhough the receptionist insisted that it was the right password. Overall not satisfied at all. Please do something about your services. Thank you.

The rooms are definitely not as per the pictures. Very run down. First room's windows were spoilt, can just lift up, no security! Changed to another room, slightly better. No non smoking room. Level 2 can easily access by public.

The receptionist is not friendly. As we entered the room, we noticed the bed and pillow linen is not changed. The matttess is sticky and felt humid like someone use for many weeks or months.

Bad attitude and service by staff, place was very dirty”
Staffs had very bad attitude and service. They never sent anything we requested despite us asking a few times and them saying they'll sent to our room. There were no toilet paper or tissues provided in the room and never got 1 despite asking many times. We had to buy our own toilet paper from 7 eleven nxt door. We were also not provided with a blanket, just a duvet cover. It was way pass midnight so we thought not to bother the staff. The next night, we asked for the duvet, and the staff said to send to our room, in which I insisted to be handed the duvet at the check in counter. We got our duvet, but when we got to the room, only discovered we were given ONE single size duvet for a double bed. We asked for a replacement which we were told they didn't hve any. Fine, we asked to be given another piece of the single size duvet which they said they will send to the room. As u can probably guess, it wasn't sent to us. Rooms were very dusty and dirty. Sheets had stains everywhere.

This place should be closed down. DO NOT stay here. There are many options and better hotels that are priced at about the same as this. This is just a rubbish dump. My bathroom worked but the rest of my group had all kinds of problems with their bathroom such as not water heater, very little water coming out of the washing sink tap, smelly rooms - stale cigarette smoke. This place is just yucks! Oyo and Agoda should take this hotel out of its listing.
