友好、方便的转机旅馆”
这个酒店重新装修过，估计老板也是更换了的。员工很友好，给我们换成了三个单床的房间不加价，非常感谢。房间空调强劲，卫生间大很好用，电视也可以看，这个价格，实在不能抱怨什么的。交通也很方便的，出轨道交通站走几分钟就到。 Thanks to the manager give us a triple room without extra payment! We ll come back. Nice hotel,good location,just 5 minutes on foot from the stasiun Salak Tinggi.Powerfull aircondition.

Overnight stay ”
We have a early morning flight and airport accommodation were either overpriced or fully occupied, so this was the next alternative for staying near to the KLIA airport. Comfortable beds and a functioning A/C allowed us to have a good sleep. Room walls are thin, so you could hear car alarms going off and guest talking in the hall way. Everything quiet down around midnight, so best to get a good pair of earplugs. Although our toilet was leaks when flushed, it functioned as required and there wasn't any lingering unpleasant smell. There is a hot water shower. Towels are provided. Bring your own toiletries, as what's provided is very minimal. My preference is still staying at the airport accommodation to catch early flights. I don't recommended this for solo travelers as the road leading from the train station to the hotel is dimly lit.

Budget transit hotel”
Hotel is near the Salak Tinngi KLIA transit train station. It is convenient for me to park my car there and take a 10 minute train ride to the KLIA. However, the hotel cleanliness is terrible. The toilet in the room has urine odor. Water dripped from the ceiling in the bath room. Mosquito in the room. Hotel don't have lift. Stair case carpet is dirty. Kettle is only available in the pantry which is located at the ground floor.

The hotel stink”
The room we got smelled cigarette badly when we checked-in. Although it was very convenient and strategically located near ERL station the room has strong smell with cigarette made the stay uncomfortable.

Complaint”
Bedsheets smells man perfume so it wasn't changed. Air cond was dripping water and counter discouraged me to change room. Toilet door cannot close. No window (not a big deal)

Worst stay!”
Do not stay in this hotel, unless you are okay eith unchanged bedsheets with lots of hairs and stains. I did not want to fully trust on the reviews, that a operating hotel could be this bad although it is a budget one, untill the second i checked in, I found both towels with yellowish and lipstick stains, bad smell of bed, and bedsheets with much of hairs on it. There is no auto locking system in the hotel room, which means no basic security guarantee for guests. Receptionist is not trained, had no intention to apologise for the room condition. Definitely NOT going to recommend this 'budget' hotel to anyone even just for a night.

Nothing good since the moment i checked in, i would have honestly checked out but there was major thunderstorm and with a baby its really difficult, the carpet on the stairs was worn out, patches were there to repair, the washroom had worn out facilities and paint was all weird and wearing out, this was definitely not a 3 star facility i would give it maximum 1 star, the booking said it had fridge and hair dry in the room but none was found. No bell boy to take the luggage up. Also no lift. My hand and legs are all bruised due to scratching after mosquitoes. So many that i had no option to get rid of it as the window was broken so it was open couldn't close it shut. So much so that all the rain water was coming inside. My luggage was soak wet over night. No phone in the room to call the reception. No proper locks i feared leaving my luggage alone. The cushions were all wornout about to tear apart. I honestly stayed in some many 3 star hotels that i know the difference. I want my money

1. they didnt change the bedsheet. it's dirty. and the bed cover is dirty also. 2. when i first arrived at the counter to check in, i have to wait for about 30mins. bcs theres no one at the counter. 3. the floor rug is so dirty and soak in water. so yucky. 4. the pillow is so smelly even after i ask for a change. 5. they said they provide fridge but lol theres none in the room 6. the toilet flush was broken. luckily my friend knows how to fix it back.

NEVER EVER PAY BEFORE VIEWING UR ROOM”
I took a night stay at this premise. I extremely regret of paying through online before checking their room. What u see online is not what u get. They gave me a broken cupboard, dirty mattress with yellow stains, very old bed frame and u can see fungus sticking on their tiles and room wall. Since its not refundable, those bangladesh caretakers gave me a family room which is slightly better than i got earlier. Never trust their image displayed.
