Very Bad, Very Rubbish, 很差，很垃圾”

The room door cannot lock, they told me it was safe, as they got cctv. This hotel is very rubbish. Besides, the room facilities also got many problems. The lamp cannot use, the bathroom door cannot close (need to close by more effort), the bed not clean well, quite dirty. One male staff impolite. Attitude like a shit... i will not recommend this hotel to u all. Pay a little bit more, you can stay at more comfortable and safe place. I asked them to change room. the room was very terrible, they asked me to pay more as there was no more proper room in same size to change. Ya, the other.. airconditioner got sound, very noisy. Hehe, this hotel problems, not me, okay? Very terrible. 这酒店非常糟糕，设施都是有问题的，房门不能上锁。厕所门也不能关上。床整理得也不干净。电视机也打开不了。让他们换房，嗯，我去看了，结果冷气很吵，饶人清净。他们让我多付钱，换去另个房间。有病吧这，垃圾酒店，坑钱呢。让他们退款，他们不退，真是恶心人。因为太晚了只能将就住一晚，隔天立马退房，钱不要了，垃圾酒店祝你早日倒闭。酒店员工态度也很有问题，有个很不耐烦。我觉得他还是赶紧滚蛋吧。好声好气说话，被这些人不认真对待。话就说到这了，你们就斟酌下吧，其实多付点钱就能住到更不错的酒店 (至少人生安全是有保障的)

位置优越但客房空间较少”

总的来说，酒店地理位置不错，从地铁站Masjid Jamek步行大概10分钟即可到达，楼下就有便利店及大型超市。酒店服务员都很热情，虽然多数都是印度人，有时语言不通，但都很用心与住客沟通，还很耐心介绍当地特色景点给我们。但不足的地方就是wifi信号较差，房门关门时太嘈，隔音都做得不好，希望能尽快改善一下。

为了凑合一晚上找的住处，还凑合，至少干净，虽然是印度人酒店 周围就是所谓的old little India，楼下就是一大排吃的，不过都是印度菜和清真菜，环境也相对不太好 离sentral plaza打车15~20块

不好找，但是距离回教堂很近”

从机场出来，出租汽车都找不到，多次电话沟通后才被酒店服务员带到酒店。基本处于印度区，很难看到旅客，楼下是夜市等大排档。酒店住宿的人感觉也都是印度人来做生意的。

印度区内的酒店”

如果不是已经预付款而不能退，应该不会入驻该酒店。地理位置很难找，周围环境比较乱，虽然地理位置看属于繁华地区，但是基本不适合游客，处于当地人的生活区，游客出入不方便。

酒店位置難找，沒有大招牌，只在酒店櫥窗有酒店名稱，附近有一所差不多名稱的酒店，幾次坐的士時司機都去錯另一所酒店，床鋪有污漬，但價錢相宜，且近市中心景點，不失為廉價之選

As a regular guest of this hotel, I would give an exceptional rating in terms of guest satisfaction. I had issues with the hotel cleanliness before but it seemed that they are improving drastically. Besides the cleanliness, I like the fact that the rooms are elegantly furnished. Recommended and will be coming back to stay.

Affordable and great stay!”

Such a great location and complete with facilities and friendly staffs! Despite being an old hotel, the maintenance was well kept. The hotel is near to all places, sogo etc. A good 10 mins walk cause you get to look at other shops along the way too. Thank you for your great service. Will definitely repeat with my friends next time, tq!

Front office staff were all helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness is above average. Only that, the stairwell need to have a deep cleaning to remove the bad small.
