The good - Great location (near by LRT and lots of shops) and friendly staff at the front desk. The single room is surprisingly quite spacious and the bathroom worked well so no complaints there. There's also a water filter outside the room to get cold and hot water which is good. The bad - Cleanliness. There was a plate where the cup is on and it has droplets of water which is a bit sticky. Looks like it was washed but not dried properly. There's still a bit of dirt on the bathroom floor and specs of dust on the bed. What bugged me was this red pillow which wasn't washed. It smelt bad and has the smell of saliva on it. My room is 131 which is right next to some store room and I sometimes hear the staffs (I think) talking quite loudly and I can hear the sound of videos being watched on their phone. They should keep the noise down.

Even the manageress is incompetent and very rude.”
It took more than 40 min for simple check in. The system is always down. I came in first to check in. However system was down. The staff had to call the manageress. She came with a long face. Checking in all despite the staff told her to check in mine. She turned a deaf ear but checked in others. System was again down. When it was ok, i yold her it was my turn but she refused to check in. She just follow her will to check in those who she liked. Highly incompent and does not know the basic in customer service. And yet she is running the business, no wonder the hotel has to cut huge price to attract customers. Furthermore, no space to park even on the nearby street. You dont want to ruin your day with this hotel and manageresss.

My choice of budget hotel. Best ever. Quite big room for 1 person and nice decoration on toilet wall. The only problem is when shower, water stagnant on the floor.

I booked family suite room 225. The room and bathroom is huge. Very satisfied. Cons: the day we check in blackout. The lift cannot be use until we check out. Beginning, the aircond not cold until my sister clean the net cover inside it. Others all ok.
