I booked this for my parents. They said the room is clean and the facilities are all in good condition. The staffs also very friendly. The location is very strategic as it is located in the shop lot area that you do not have to worry to find foods. It is walking distance to Decathlon and Giant as well.

A budget hotel that is clean and comfortable, and in a great location. The staff are friendly. This is my regular place of stay whenever i visit subang. Come with low expectations and you will not be disappointed.

Everything is fine. Positive: Good wifi and comfy beds. Nice hot shower. Room service is great. Great location and easy to go shopping to Mydin and surrounding food is good as well. Overall worth the price. Negative: The pillows are kinda uncomfortable. This hotel needs better pillows.

I hope management can settle the mid night noise time issue. Because some tenant really making hard noise during midnight and it may affect other customers' sleeping/resting. I hope Empire hotel can settle/improving to handle this issue.

air conditioner too noisy during sleep. room too small, doesn't have a space to eat for two person, need to sat at the floor at the edge of bed. then, we got two different size of towel for two person, which is one small & another one was big towel. besides, the big towel have a weird yellow mark, so we decided to not use it. last but not least, there are no water heater like other 2 star hotels.
