Response of Hotel Staff was very bad. Air Conditioner of maximum rooms were not working. Many other customers were also at the reception for complaining about one or the other facilities. It was worst experience I had till now with Agoda on line Bookings. My humble request to Agoda Management , not to tie-up with such non professional Hotels.

The Desk Manager denied to accomodate me, saying that the tarriff offered to me was below par their Standard rate. Since I had made full payment as offered by Agoda and that money had already credited in the Hotel's account, I had no choice but to pay Rs. 728/- additional sum to stay put in the Hotel. At check out, they did not gave me a Receipt, saying their Server and Printer were down. I had no time to waste argueing with them, as my flight time was nearing. The Free breakfast they offer has only 2 Choices, 1) Idli - Sambhar with Coffee or 2) Puri - Subji with Coffee. The Bathroom did not had Geyser and hot bath water was offered by a bucket. The facility was full of Mosquitos and a colleague had to ask for fogging.

When entered the property, hotel was not ready to allot room to us saying that we do not have any link with AGODA.COM. Although there was clear message of our booking in their Tab, they were not willing to accept. Then I had to make a complaint to AGODA service tel. number who took some time to solve my booking issue.
