Room is very clean and have secure entry that needs access card to enter hotel. No elevator. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, during my visit, I manage to get room 102, which the door itself and key is problematic at first. Technician should come at 8, but no one come. Later we manage to just pull the stucked key by ourself. Thats all. Other facilities are good
