Dear OYO, Our experience in this apartment has lost our confidence with OYO flagship. The place us disgustingly dirty. We paid to stay 2 nites but we left after the 1st. Everything in that apartment was filty. We will not recommend anyone to stay in that place. It's more like a cheap budget hotel kind of place. During this covid pandemic, we shud emphasis on cleanliness but not in this place. I strongly urge the management to look into this before something serious happens. I will also advise other travellers like us please AVOID staying here.

Worst hotel management”
I book this hotel 2 day before my check in date. Payment has been made online booking number and success booking has been sent to my email. I should after 2pm yesterday. Due to heavy traffic & work I need to settle I arrive at hotel at 8pm. Call the management, "no more room available" I said I already booking & pay "we have problem with the system" for 2 day the management didn't have any initiative to email me or even call me to inform they do t have any room! I travel from kuantan! If u said earlier I find another hotel! The guard officer told me, this happen not just for me today but other guest to ! Pity on us people have to travel so far n tired but at the end don't have place to stay! PLEASE OTHERS DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL! WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!

Already book and pay at the hotel..but when arrived room already not available and they give to whose first come first served. Then why should have a book if give to others come first and not even booked.

Haunted house ”
Not recommend, I reached there at 9pm, it's a very quite and dark place, there is a security post but no security guards, there is 2 block apartment all units are vacant, no resident at all. I self collect the keys and found out the area is unusual, car park is very dark no light and only my car is there, I'm there almost 15 minutes I don't see a single people, immediately I returned the keys and look for other hotel

No recommend for family ”
Booked for queen bed but received single bed being combine together. Dirty room only one out of six electric socket function. Old tv. Water from shower too slow. Water heater function well. Aircond cold but have annoying sound. Totally not recommended for family with kids. Not a good place for vacation also. But if you only stay for a while this might be the cheapest place you can get.

Scary hotel and disgusting ”
Do not book this apartment.so scary and disgusting.i booked 2 units, the room keys must take myself from the drawer counter . Me and my family we t up to see the unit , luckily we didn't bring up to the unit ..omg there's a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling and on the wall , pillows n bedsheet dusty and the smell I cannot describe. We left the hotel right after we view the unit .

Room, so dusty. Water heater not working, tv not working , fridge ,stinking. Receptionist can't help ,doesn't know anything and can't solve problem.
