Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was fair. Bathroom can be better. Poor water pressure and the shower head was faulty. No response from the reception after complaining. Otherwise good for a night stay. Will recommend to others

1. Bòoked through Agoda, i got very affordable price if you book between 6-7pm, for weekdays. 2. Very hard to get closer parking lot but youll eventually got a lot along Maybank main road, whereabout 50m walking distance. 3. There is no lift so you have to climb up ladders. 4. Youll have a huge confort bed, flat screen tv, water heater, soap and lotion, 2-3 bottles drinking water. There is watercooler provides hot water near to rooms which is very convrnience for family with little kids for making milk and hot drink. 5. Beds, pillows, blankets are ok. Never found stains on it. Howevever some of towels maybe should be replace. Maybe you can ask new one if you dont like it. 6. Staffs are ok and friendly. Always smiling and treats customers accordingly. Most the reason i repeat a stay because of the price. Try to book between 6-7pm for the same day stay and youll get 70% less. I always got price between rm49-59 for family suit room. The price hardly beaten by any closer hotel.

a good location, nearby lots place to eat at a busy street of bkt jalil areas. Bed ok to sleep. But pls enhance certain facilities & cleanliness; slight renovation helps. General, its basic place for a rest only.

The hotel is old but I would not mind if the room is clean. Need to improve on cleanliness. Plus during my stay the toilet is so smelly because the toilet disposal pipe break from the toilet itself so the smell is coming from the disposal pipe. I thought I was in sewage plant. Imagine the smell. Need to be repair.

Believe me!! around there have better choice. Just maybe $5dollar difference. I book a single room because not feeling well, just want to get a place to rest. The aircon always problem, Bathroom low water pressure, broken bed with spring that you can feel it, Dirty carpet, even toilet tissues finish! Staff no customer service at all. I regret I no choose another hotel just beside. It's only $5 difference but I think I can get better rest

The facilities is low, dint even give tower and dustbin until i request. the lobby reception and entrance is closed at 1am to 8am, and i realise the soap is out when 1am so who i goin to ask for it, such a poor hotel!!!!!
