Outstanding hotel with friendly staff”
Me and my gf stay for one night, for anniversary. And requested with front desk to be prepare bouquet with simple bed towel deco for budget paid cost. Thank you so much for lovely preparation to her "manager jeya" apologize if I misspelling your name. Overal staff also friendly and polite. With always smiley face.. Next day morning breakfast so simple and cool, but i suggest to improve on breakfast more choices. Other then that everything are awesome.. Thank you so much.

Good location, value for money, friendly staffs, clean bedroom & bathroom. However, the hotel & the room furnishings look old, it’s about time to do some upgrading or renovation. Wifi connection very poor. Simple breakfast but they’re quite alright though, believe to have ordered from nearby coffee shop.

I had a great stay at the Palace hotel.. .My check in was really quick and smooth.. Location is great near to LRT and shopping centre .. Facilities are a bit old but still ok.. The bed, aircond and bathroom are still in good condition...tq

I stayed in this hotel for two days. Overall experience was satisfying, initially we got a large bed room but the room had the heavy smoke smell, but luckily we able to change to two single bed room with better smell. The hotel do provide lift service and drinking water machine in each floor. By the way, the parking lot is quite limited near the hotel, if u r lucky enough u may get ask for reserved parking lot from hotel if there's any. Beside of that the hotel is very close to mosque, so for those light sleeper it may affect ur sleep quality in the early morning(due to praying). Hair dryer can be requested from receptionist and the worker will send to ur room. In overall, the hotel done their best to serve their customer :)) hands up for their good service!

Walking distance to Masjid Jamek LRT, can be quite silent and creepy at night. My room's air conditioner was not working that well but I came back late enough that I did not have the energy to ask to change rooms. The staffs were overall very friendly and nice.
