住了兩晚，離海邊很近。很方便。房間很大也很簡單，就可惜沒有熱水，真的是給衝浪客住的！服務人員很不錯！

Amazing atmosphere, relax place and wonderful staff ”
Point 303 is very well located and have a relaxing atmosphere, close to the beach and the green from the jungle. At night we can see the stars and enjoy the silence. The room is big, confortable and recently renovated. The toilet also very good. All the staff was so kind and helpful with us.

Nice stay”
Literally opposite the entrance to cloud 9 beach which was great, however nothing else much around. If you want to eat dinner out I would get a Tricycle into the main strip. Large, clean, well decorated rooms. Very clean. Lots of storage for bags. Toilet looked new and very clean. Good, warm shower. Good WiFi. We booked a fan room - don’t recommend this as it’s very hot in the room. Breakfast in the hotel wasn’t great, very small portions.

Great location for surfers”
It's a minute walk to Siargao's cloud 9. A really good location for surfers. It actually exceeded expectations. The room was so big. I was travelling solo and I guess even if I brought friends or family with me, the room can still accommodate. The staff were exceptionally friendly too. Special mention to Joy who referred me to what would lead as a totally awesome experience.

Love the place, so friendly and excellent location. Two small niggles, no shower curtain means a wet bathroom floor that never dries, and the local internet disappears when it rains. But I'd love to return with my family.

The place is just accross the famous cloud 9...However, after Typhoon Odette, the surfing area was not as good as before..But still, when in Siargao , this place can be your best choice...

I stayed here for 3 nights. My first 2 nights were great. And on my 3rd night I asked to transfer to a queen aircon room. It looks clean but when i wake up the next morning my arms and legs has rashes. I found out that it was bed bug bites. :( This was my second stay here and my first stay was amazing.

If you need a cheap and clean room to crash at night, this is the place for you. Although, the front desk doesnt know how to book directly. I have to booked myself online as she cant do it. More training to the front desk is a must to this hotel.

Treated like they didn't want us there”
We checked in for a fan room online. when we arrived as a couple they gave us a twin room and said to come and ask again in the morning for a queen bed as they were full. The next morning we woke to termites in our room and requested to move rooms! They said to come back in a few hours and they would see what they could do. When we returned we again were advised there were no other rooms and if we would like to extend that it would have to be in this room. We accepted as the location was great. The next night was better so we returned to reception asking for one more night but in a new room with queen bed. they asked us to come back in a few hours. When we returned they advised us that our room was now booked out and only air con rooms were available (at DOUBLE THE COST). We found a A/C room online at this hotel for 25% above the fan room and booked that instead. This room was much better! However, we noticed that no one ever checked into our original room - what a scam! DISAPPOINTED
