I was there after booking through Agoda. After my stay they wanted me to pay saying that they have not given the account numbers to Agoda and hence no payment received by them.Unfortunately I couldn't find my printed voucher but I contacted my bank and confirmed the payment and given the merchant number to him which he didn't accept.Then I showed him the soft copy of the voucher on my laptop.But he confirmed that since they have not given the Agoda the account numbers they can not credit his account.
Later I found my printed voucher and given to him.Then he said this is ok as he didn't have an option.
I am sure he tried to bully me and get money from me again.I have never had this kind of horrible experience earlier through the bookings I made through Agoda in Sri Lanka & overseas.
I think you should remove this kind of roughs from your website.
