The only thing that I missed was a mirror in the bathroom, but it appears the place has been upgraded and painted recently, so I guess the mirror will be put soon. Very good, and in my case very affordable.

New property, excellent location”
Very near Davao Medical School Foundation, its a new building, i think it is intended for a dormitory as evident on its design. Just a basic hotel with TV, aircon, hot shower, ordinary bed with foam still covered with plastic. I have a hard time locating the property at first because it doesnt bear or displayed RedDoorz signage outside its Amaranta Suites. Please install visible signage please, just like the other properties. Thank you!

The location is accessible. The room is small but clean. The staffs are friendly, respectful, and they always smile. The downside for me is the aircon. It's a bit loud.

Affordable yet clean and comfy”
Only hassle is when booking thru Agoda when they asked for photocopy of credit card and ID of my sister who paid for the accommodation. We’re a bit apprehensive sending these documents online due to possible hacking/skimming/etc. We just don’t have any options but to risk it. We understood the reason but I think our apprehension is also understandble and should be considered

Things to consider: -no elevator -wifi is slow -globe and smart data in the area is a bit slow but bearable -blanket is just a thin sheet -no locks that are not accessible with a key. 2 locks but both can be opened using a key -aircon is noisy and not that cold -food available for breakfast only. 100+ -room is basic -no cable -walking distance from main road (jp laurel ave) -the area has a lot of Indian eateries/restaurants but none are open late -given the price, it's okay.

Two times not so good!”
This is our second time in this hotel, 1st time, no signage outside we had a hard time locating the property now its wow big sign, thank you! On our second stay, still the same blanket very very thin, I suggest bring your own blanket & pillow. On our departure day whats worst was, no toilet paper so we requested one, to our dismay they told us they ran out of supply, and i also complaint that no water in the bathroom. Few minutes later toilet paper was delivered, very obvious, that was a left over. We just left, oh what an experience.

A Disappointment ”
Don't believe photos. The room is small with no closet, has mosquitoes, aircon is noisy, it is on a road so transpo noise is understandable but windows not enough to at least mask the noise. Toilet is wet, dirty and stinks. No service elevator for higher floors. Internet not working. You really get what you pay for. Just add 500 more and you could get a much better Reddoorz room at another location.
