Cons: Rm. #6 has a racking bed frame that makes annoying noises. Already endorsed to the caretaker and hopefully, they fix it ASAP. Pros: Overall, it's good. Affordable, near food stores, accessible through the main road, well-mannered staff/caretakers.

I’ve stayed in reddoorz before rooms were nice and clean like hotels should be. This place I had the loft at first, it’s very low can’t even sit up low loft, there was cobwebs everywhere and hair like it wasn’t cleaned. Asked to change rooms and got a regular queen, the TV only had one channel working and it was very small, new room was ok.

Staff was nice but…”
Staff was nice, we didnt like the loft room so she was cool letting us move to another room but everything else was…below satisfactory. Place was in the middle of nowhere and kinda filty, the door knobs in the room were loose, the a/c was so loud and dusty, cables were hanging around the wall and bed sheets and pillow cases were mismatched, it just didnt feel like a safe place in general. The only salvation was the fast wifi speed. Woudnt recommend. Sorry!

The best thing going is the manager. This is more of a dorm than it is a hotel. Nothing fancy just a very basic place to sleep.

Price paid: 1,300 The untidiness really disappointed me. It was not well maintained by the owner. Other than that when it comes to safety, since it is located inside Villa Isabel subdivision I would reconsider it if I was a solo traveler.

Personnel is accommodating and friendly. However the facility is not good, noisy bed frame, not well maintain kitchen tools, restroom. Bed lines and towels is no good at all

When ae arrived @7 in the evening the room is not yet ready, when we checked in the room is not clean, there are still food inside the ref and used towel was still inside the CR. No bottled water given to us, and the Television is not working.

False Pricing”
This establishment does not confer with the posted price online despite full payment. Upon arrival, the alleged owner required the staff to ask for additional price. according to the alleged owner, the Agoda/Reddoorz pricing is disadvantageous to the property owner, thus they required additional payment. No Official Receipt from the property and Awful staff working condition was observed as of date.

Potential Ruined”
The place has potential but it’s not maintained properly. Sheets and towels had dirts in them and looked used. The room is full of ants and cobwebs. Lizards linger in the hallway. The water pressure in the shower is as weak as the AC in the room. It is indeed cheap, especially when it’s located near establishments, but it’s really uncomfortable to stay in which makes it not worth it.

Worst Hotel”
Staff were very unprofessional. We booked by 8 pm in agoda and when I arrived in the hotel the staff offered me to transfer to their other hotel which is far from the location (Gen Trias.) their reason was they accepted other guests from the room which I already paid because they thought I will not arrive. They did not even advise me or contact me before accepting other guest. They have no lobby to entertain guest we negotiated outside the hotel, in the gate to be exact, worst experience ever. They even argue with the guest and blaming me because I did not advise them because it's very late booking. They were even hesitant to refund my payment but I insisted because it's the right thing. They even knocked the room to transfer the guest they accepted first if they're willing to transfer. LOL. This hotel is not recommended. Never ever book on this hotel very low standard and failed customer service. My mistake, I did not read previous review about this hotel. Lots of bad feedback.
