Cheap but Good Hotel”
Been here 3 times...the hotel is underrated. Pros: 1. Cheap rates (70% less then regular rate) if booked via Agoda 2.Bedrooms are spacious 3. Walking distance to shops (7/11 and mall) 4. Accessible via Public rides 5. friendly Staff Con: 1. No elevator. but manageable

I had a good experience here. I booked this hotel twice already. The room was lovely. However the shower is not really working. I mean the hot and cold shower. But overall, it was nice experience. Thank you.

Place is old and creepy. Floors were dirty in our room. Location was strategic but that was all there is.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!”
Hi. I would like to complain about my stay in Manor Hotel. These are my concerns: ❌This is not the room that I booked. ❌The air condition is not functioning well. ❌The hotel complimentary toiletries was out of stock that's why they ( the staff ) gave me a bottled water container with shampoo in it. ❌The room has a lot of mosquitoes. ❌Thus, the room that the staff gave was not comfortable to stay in. 🔴This is a subjective comment: the staff is not costumer-friendly and not accommodating An update: We didn't sleep very well in the entire night. Lots of mosquitoes and the air condition needs to be replaced!! Lastly, i think it's a spare room that the staff gave us eventhough I booked 2 days prior. How can you address this kind of problem???? Thank you.

Checked in in this hotel many times. I like the friendly and accommodating staff.. i like the satisfying budget price they offered.. just one thing they dont have elevator. But not a big thing to me as long they have vacant room in lower floor .

1. Staff knocked on our door in the middle of the night just to inform us na nakalock ung motor namin which is hindi naman ginising kami para i-move yung motor na kaya naman nilang gawin. 2. Yung guard is laging wala so every time na babalik kami sa hotel he always ask kung dun ba talaga kami naka check in. 3. Hot & Cold shower is not working.

Our stay at your hotel was beyond our expectations considering the low rate. The room was spacious, clean, and provided with toiletries. The staff was accommodating and friendly. It afforded us a parking space, too. Thank you so much!

This is a simple yet clean and comfortable hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything was good. The staff are nice. They don’t have breakfast though but there are many places to eat good food nearby. Kudos!

Budget friendly ”
The room was just enough for two people. They have provided as with two twin beds upon request. We only stayed for 1 night and the beds were comfy enough. Though generally clean at first glance but when I looked at the lamp shades it was really dusty plus the shower in the bathroom is not working so we ended up using the faucet but the staff didn’t prepare items for it (i.e. bucket) so we had to ring them in the morning to ask for one. The one we were given was rather dirty looking. I hope that the staff would smile more often as well.

If you have other option, look for a better hotel. Lots of toilet needs fixing and doorknob has a tendecy to get locked. No key for that knob. Found Cockroach in the room.
