惊艳了”
冬天玩海的人少，整个御宿都非常安静，运气很好订到了带露台的房间。卧室是整面落地窗，躺在床上也能看到太阳从海上升起来。露台有躺椅和按摩浴缸，晚上泡澡听涛赏月好风雅，早起看海看日出也是非常壮观。房间非常大，住过都内十几平米的酒店后这五十平简直有点不知所措。隔音不错，房间里几乎听不到涛声，打开窗才发觉海浪就近在眼前。卫生间浴室和玄关因为空调吹不到会稍微凉一点，关好门倒也不至于冷。 晚餐是单独付费的法式全餐。天黑之后院子里点了彩灯还有火把，看看窗外摇曳的光亮静静吃晚餐很有度假的气氛。早餐自助，日式的米饭烤鱼和西式的面包沙拉都有，面包切成了适合夹东西的样子，可以自己做三明治装在篮子里带去外边吃。 因为是度假酒店，比起赶电车急急忙忙住一下就回不如悠闲地多待两天。可惜附近可玩的景点比较少，等暖和到可以下海的时候大概玩的会更尽兴吧。

Been going every year for the last 3 years. I go when the room I want is at a good rate. The regular rate is too expensive but their discount rate is reasonable. I’ll keep going as long as I can get the discount rate.

good price for value”
clean out of the way location, far away enough to be quiet, not not too far from Tokyo. Room is clean and nice big TV. but there are a few little things you have to pay extra for like late check out, dinner reservations are required ahead of time or you are out of luck for dinner. The free transfer to and from the station is nice.

The location, lobby, staff are OK. But breakfast is a bit low key. Sausages, scrambled eggs, are served cold. The sliding window is difficult to open/close. Curtains are not in good condition. One side of the window does not have curtain. Very tiny toilet. I would say, this hotel needs maintenance. We went there because of the beach anyway, so our holiday was not ruined at all. But I am not sure if there are better hotels in Onjuku than Sayan Terrace, though……

Old rooms but Nice location next to beach”
The rooms are very old. But location is next to Onjuku beach. Breakfast was very nice. Restaurants are around 10 mins walking distance. Staff was very helping.

Nice Place away from Tokyo”
An 1.5 hour away from Tokyo Station. From the station to the hotel is walkable, but the hotel offers a shuttle service. The hotel has been around for awhile, but the rooms are clean and appealing. I stayed in on with an ocean view and jacuzzi , I believe there are only 2 of these types of rooms. Nice view of the beach. The dinner was a bit inconvenient as you needed to reserve your dinner before ahead of time which was a hassle, can't be spontaneous. Also the area is bit quiet so you could be out of luck for dinner if you don't plan ahead.

Disappointing overall”
There were a lot of services not currently available. I understand this is partially due to covit-19, but I feel this should have been advertised clearly on the website. - Spa (closed) - Bar (closed) - Swimming pool (closed) - Shop (closed) - Buffet (closed - set course instead) Location is good, but the rooms could do with renovation, the pillows were rock hard, and whilst it sounds like all the rooms have a balcony, only a few rooms have space for you to actually sit out on it. They also only partially cleaned the room, with glasses and cups not replaced. The staff were friendly, but I did not feel I got value for money for my stay.
