熱水器一時有水一時沒水，一進房間里地面骯髒，也沒有抹腳布，浴房也是骯髒，牆上的漆面也到處脫落，要租的人考慮清楚

As a budget hotel.. My opinion this is a good hotel. Thanks to Tasha & team for their fast response on the WiFi issue and was replaced with a better room. Bathroom OK.. Aircond also good. So definitely will be my budget hotel to stay when come I m around that area... Keep up the good service & thanks for giving me a Great accommodation.

The cleanliness of the room is decent for the price paid, however the soundproof of the room is not good. I can easily hear people talking from outside of the room, or at the receptionist. Closing of door is easily heard too. Hotel staff should be aware of the sound proof issue, and not to speak and laugh loudly especially during early morning or late night. During my 2 night stay there, my sleep quality is disturbed. Overall, I would still recommend customer to stay, as the location is very convenient surrounded by shops, bank and restaurant. Finally, hope the mentioned issue can be address by the management.

I got a room that smells heavy cigarette. The bed sheet is not clean and in middle of the night, there's some unknown insects bite my elbow which causes that part to be swollen. Bad cleanliness
