Located in the Polanco II area, it is close to the shopping center. It's safe and quiet.The room is big and clean.
There is a problem with the washing machine with the drying function. It won't dry. And it is cold in the room as it is raining that day.

Great Location, Ring Doorbell to get In”

The location is well documented. You have to ring the doorbell to get in but there should always be a guard on site to let you in. Make sure you look for the "612" on the door so you know where to go. You might arrive in a taxi and just see a residential area and if you didn't know you had to ring the doorbell to get into the premise it could get tricky. Once you ring the bell the guard will let you in. I had to work from the area and wifi is very strong and had no problem doing zoom video calls. So wifi is great.
Its a nitpick, but I think a property like this with no maid service should come with more towels and especially more toilet paper. One roll for a long stay is just way too little and a pain in the you know what to have to go to the store to buy basic amenities. For the cost of the place I have no idea why they are so cheap with toilet paper. I don't want to bring my own! Come on!

The location is exceptional for what I had to do in Mexico City. In Polanco you have a great variety of good restaurants and you can walk safely everywhere. The staff was very attentive and they even exchanged the original pillows for me.
There were some warm nights in Mexico City and the room does not have A/C.

Definitely will go back !”

The location is fantastic, my favourite street and very easy to move around. The room was very clean and well equipped kitchen. The staffs super kind and helpful.
The first 2 nights I felt very cold at night , I had to use extra blanket and have the heater on the whole night but then the temperature got better in Mexico City and was ok.

Our stay would have been fantastic if we'd had hot water.
There was no hot water. It was something basic we expected. We told the person in charge and tried to fix it for 45 min without luck. We left the hotel late and unshowered or had to shower with cold water.

Very Good”

Location is very good - a short Uber ride to everywhere in Polanco. Bed was comfortable, the place was very clean, bathroom is modern with a very powerful shower! Room is spacious. Good value for money considering the area. Security guards were friendly and very attentive and even waited to make sure we got into our Ubers safely.
1. The television was very old! 2. I don't think it was clear at the time of booking (on Booking.com) that although we stayed for a week there was no change of bed clothes or towels, refill of products (including toilet paper). It is something more akin to a self service apartment. Perhaps these can be arranged for an extra cost? 3. *Warning* There was a very noisy guest across the hall who insisted on leaving their door open at all times (and were often arguing with each other late at night). The man in question was unapologetic when we (twice) asked that the door remain closed. It would appear that they are very regular guests and staff are powerless to intervene despite being aware.

I like the area where is at is a family friendly area. The place is good just no space
When we came into our room it smelled like smoke, the kitchen seats were dirty and when we checked out we were charged 400 pesos as cleaning charges for said chairs??!! The manager lady was rude, better put the security guard in charge, he was on top if things, very friendly and helpful!

The kitchen can be equipped better. The apartment gets stuffy as there are no windows that can be opened easily. Cleaning can be included as a part of the stay for longer duration.
