Front office Indian girl very RUDE”
Dear hotel management, i check in on 15/9/19 and check out on 16/9/19 1 night stayed Deluxe Double room. This Indian girl (front office) assist us poorly, not smiling, the way she talked is very rude and the worse part is she answering her hand phone (video call) while assisting us to check in. She purposely on video call with loud speaker (talking in tamil language very loud in front of us) to her whoever shit calling her during her duty without feeling any guilty. She need to go learn to respect to all the guest. We paid not stay free and we not request you to entertain us like a king , just respect guess, answer guest query with politely and not rude, put smile at your face and don't answer your bloody phone loudly and laugh in front of your guess!! This girl really have a bad attitude and not suppose to take care front office desk.

Below par 3 star hotel”
Wifi not working on high floors. Cannot even connect. No breakfast for RM100+ room. No change of towel and bedsheets on second and third day of stay but that's all right for me. Room insulation is poor can hear next room sound. Customer service is poor as it's not of hospitality standard. Parking need to pay. Room is clean, aircon is cold, water heater is working good and average hotel security though.

Please note family room 1408, that when you turn around, there is a sound in the king Saiz bed, the bed is not good, please service your air conditioning because air is not cold. towel have stains.

Very out of maintenance”
The room is fine, but when we got back for the night, the door cannot be unlocked, apparently the battery is dead. The hotel staff made us waited for an hour to failed to replace the battery and only willing to let us change room after we reminded him we need to sleep.

Terrible experience”
When first we open the room, it is messy and the staff did not clean up the room after the previous guest check out. The mineral water bottle on the table was half empty and the towel was thrown on the toilet bowl. Obviously, the cleaner did not clean up the room. So, we called the reception to inform that the room is messy. The cleaner came over and told us that they had cleaned up the room. We asked her to see properly whether she clean up the room. After that, she apologised and promised that she will clean the room now. We have been waiting outside the room almost 15 mins Nd she told us that the room is ready to stay. Their cleaning process was damn fast and we did not hear any water sound on washing the toilet so we assumed that the use 'dry wash' method to clean the toilet. Anyway, we saw that there was a small cockroach in the toilet bowl which made us feel uncomfortable to use it. Also, no safety lock in the hotel which make us insecure to stay.

A haunted hotel ”
It’s a very worst hotel.. got me waited for more than half hour to check in.. unfriendly staff at the reception.. the room was really dirty, cockroaches were everywhere in the room.. checked out after two hours of cannot tahan of the room.. made me gonna spent more.. a haunted hotel..
