Staff manning the breakfast is too slow. Was asking for fork it took 15 mins too get one. Only 1 staff taking care for 10 to 12 guests at a time. Under staff at this hotel. My summary is not worth my money at this hotel. Was asking for toothbrush from the time I checkin and not delivered to me more than 96 hours. In the end I didn't get one. TV reception is hopeless. Called room service for 10 mins and no one answered. Useless hotel and too expensive
One of the worst Hotels i have ever been to. I had a booking for 7 days. They are totally non-responsive staff. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast was so pathetic that i had it for only 1 day. The food would always be empty. When we ask the staff for food their response is so bad and we really regret for the choice of this hotel.I had seen the reviews and booked it but regret my decision.

The location is good as its nearer to airport and you can avoid all traffic inside city. But the facilities were awfully bad. The food was not at all good. Wifi not working. Toilets etc not maintained smelly. Lot of sound as works are going on and in rooms with guests maintenance works were carried out with all there belongings inside. It was so bad experience...

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the airport. The facilities are excellent, the staff very professional and helpful. The only flaw is the poor wi-fi access in the rooms. The guests have to go down to the lobby to be able to access their e-mails.

we stayed just a few hours due to a complication on our flight schedule. opportunities were in the cleanliness of towels and bed linen - not up to standard (grey!) AND quality of room service from the restaurant: we ordered a meal and a drink and had to open the door 6 times (!) to complete the operation: 1 time to get drink, 2nd time to get drink bottle opened, 3rd time for 1 dish (out of two), 4th time for wrong food order, 5th time for correct second dish, 6th and final time for the bill!!! in over 40 years of travels this is a sad first experience. FINALLY beer on offer was poor quality - in a country that makes excellent beer!
