Excellent hotel”

The Corporate Hotel is centrally located and convenient to everything. The staff are fantastically helpful and friendly. The room and other spaces were clean, breakfast was excellent, and the open air roof lounge had a marvelous view over the city.

Great food”

We've been satisfied with their breakfast so far and the food we've ordered at the coffee shop and restaurant. Sauna and bathrobes are plusses. Would be nice if they put bigger-sized complimentary water bottles instead of the 330-ml in plastic. Or perhaps, provide a drinking-fountain station.

Not for those who are punctual”

If you are someone who is on time and needs others to be on time, I do not think this is the hotel for you. The breakfast was super late. When complained, they brought my breakfast at 7am, on the weekend.... My room was not set up when I arrived, so I had to stay in another room. Half of the staff are very nice but the other half were quite unhelpful. If you have a problem (with heating or with the room), the unhelpful would not do anything for you. This was frustrating. The cleaning staff were nice though.

lack of hot water”

No hot water in the bathroom!”

Hot water is very essential as water in UlaanBaatar is very cold even during summer. But my shower would give either very cold water or extremely hot water and I could not adjust the temperature to something in between. After about 20 minutes of struggling, I found out that wherever you set our shower temperaure to, the shower keeps alternating between very hot and very cold at its own discretion and in the interim, would give you some water with proper temperature for the human body. Taking a shower in this way takes about 1 hour!

old and shabby”

i expected of the renovated hotel. It was totally nonsense! Too old and shabby!! one of the windows in my room was broken, bathroom was old and dirty. and No swimming pool during my stay. swimming pool was the reason i had chosen this hotel, so, I was very disappointed. location was not bad, and hotel clerk was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Location good but others ?”

The location is perfectly fine. However, it may be a little inconvenient because the facility is old. It is recommended for travelers who visit the accommodation because it does not matter about the facilities and only the location

Airport transportation ripoff”

The hotel itself is not bad, however when I ask the hotel to call a taxi to go to ULN airport, one of hotel staff drove the car but charging a very high price, more than twice of ordinary taxi one can take from street or the airport. This wiped out all good impression I have had with the hotel.

Stay was alright. Rooms are large and the hotel is undergoing renovation. However, housekeeping standards are very poor and leave much room for improvement.

Solid choice for a quick stay”

My stay at the Corporate Hotel was a very good one. The staff in particular is very helpful and speak very good English. Also the location of the hotel is good. And the facilities (gym, restaurant, rooftop bar) are good too. Room was a bit worn out but it didn't really bother me much - not sure what the general quality of hotels in Ulaanbaatar is elsewhere... Overall, ok value for money.
