It was a relief to stay here. The staff was very friendly and English and Russian. Bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. Great location too. They even unexpectedly upgraded our room free of charge. Would stay here a second time.

This is one nice hotel. The room was plenty big and was outfitted with wood furniture and a comfortable bed. The bath was clean and fresh. The entire hotel seemed very well maintained. The front desk staff spoke English well and were very attentive. Taxi service to downtown was inexpensive and prompt. The breakfast buffet was immense and offered cooked to order eggs, many buffet items, fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The Irish Pub cafe on the top floor served the biggest and quite possibly the best beef hamburger I've ever eaten. I would definitely stay at the Grand Hill on another stay in Ulaanbaatar. Excellent.

We traveled for business and stayed here one night. Hotel is clean, comfortable and functional. We stayed in standard twin room. Room was spacious, beds was very comfortable. Internet was fast. We did an online conference with my HQ. Business lunch in pub at the 16th floor was cheap and tasty. Receptionist recommended us to visit SPA. The spa was new, comfortable and had Russian style sauna and jacuzzi. The massage was relaxing. Overall I liked the hotel and will stay again in the future.
