The staff were so kind and accommodating. Though the road going there is under construction, they fetch us from GL. We were the only guests, yet they cleaned the pool to make sure we enjoy it whenever we like. Room is well designed w porch and sliding glass door. The bed is super comfortable....

This place is so beautiful and picturesque! My best friend and I stayed in the Tropical Villa and I love that there are plants that serve as a privacy fence in front. You should definitely try out the pool and the jacuzzi which are both instagrammable. I also loved spending some time sitting on the swinging chair under the tree overlooking the hills. Moreover, the staff are very nice and accommodating. It was actually my birthday when we stayed there and they helped my best friend arrange a surprise for me. I guess the only thing that needs improvement is the road going there as it is rough and uncemented to the point that some tricycles wouldn't want to drop you off there. It's a good thing the resort has free shuttle services at certain times. Also, for some reason, the faucet water is salty.

We loved our stay at Hillside Resort, a beautiful oasis away from the busy main strip of General Luna. Peaceful, tranquil and great accommodations. We have recommended to others and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Siargao.

Awesome and super relaxing hotel!!”
The rooms are so nice and clean. It has all amenities you need like hot & cold shower, tv, cold airconditioning. But please improve the soundproofing. The staff are kind and always smiling. The facilities are great. The pool, jacuzzi and the garden lanscapes are so relaxing. It also offer free shuttle around General Luna. Highly recommended.

I had the most wonderful stay at Hillside Siargao.”
The place was incredibly relaxing. The path was filled with green leaves and the rooms were very clean. The view was magnificent. One problem we had was the bathroom door had some issues but they were very helpful. In summary, our stay was truly memorable.

If you are looking for province feels and calm vibes place, Hillside Resort is best for you! It's kinda Bali vibes.. Staffs were very accommodating they are easy to communicate with esp the Receptionist and the night shifters in their resto bar;) About the family room, it's quite gloomy -- rooms doesn't have a clear light but romantic place. Foods in resto were great and reasonable price. overall, we are satisfied during our stay. Thank you!!!

I love this resort”
Considering the resort is small, they have good amenities. The rooms are big except the villa that we stayed in has the room on the second floor so not suitable for senior citizens who are with us. Their restaurant also has limited food choices. Location is not that nice but they provide free shuttle service to tourism road so that makes up for it. My complaint is the driver who brought us to the airport on our last day. He got lost and almost cause us to be late for our flight

Excellent hospitality shown by the staff! All helpful through and through. Relaxing ambience being surrounded by lush nature. It may not be entirely completed yet but I think it’s on the right track - once all facilities are up & ready, I so look forward to staying at Hillside again when in beautiful Siargao.

Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly and accomodating. Suggesting more lights around the pool to avoid tripping from pathways. Also suggesting hypo-allergenic detergent for bed covers, pillow cases for customers that have allergies. But all in all, I had a good stay here.

BALI FEELS!!”
It’s perfect to be called hillside resort because of the lushes green around it. And I felt like I am in Bali, Indonesia, one of my fave countries!! The vibe is very chill and relaxing. The room looks bigger in the picture though compared to the actual. Everything is instagrammable, if it matters to you! The only downside was they don’t have generator and even emergency lights and unfortunately it was most of the time brownout during our stay. And we are there for a special event. That’s the only thing that made us uncomfortable. They offered free breakfast and one way transfer to the airport for inconvenience. I just hope they can improve more on their facilities because they have a great potential to the market.

the staff were very good and helped all they could, Jules (GM) was every good and very helpful taking us into town and picking us up every time. the room was clean but not made up each day but in fairness I did not ask for this to be done. I would go back there again and in fact am hoping to do this in August.

A relaxing place to stay. Clean rooms. Good room view. Staffs are friendly. A little pricey in terms of food, tours offered, motorcycle rentals and airport transfer compared to others. But you can still book it with others and stay with Hillside :)
