我是帮我父母订的房间，以下是他们在这里的经历以供大家参考 1. 准备check in时，有顾客在柜台前，我父母就在一边 旁等候，等了一段时间还没好 他们就去附近吃了再回来，结果回来后那个人还没说完，我父母就有点生气了，旁边还有两三个服务生再聊天都不会来帮忙check in，向他们喊了几声才帮忙check in 2. 一打开房门就看到小蟑螂从面前走过，进去后 床单的味道很重（发霉 潮湿味），接着去厕所洗澡时又发现了几只小蟑螂在地上跑来跑去。 3. 厕所里的厕纸才剩四五张，没有standby extra toilet paper 终结， 员工服务态度有待加强 房间清洁有待加强 基本上我父母在那么恶劣的环境下一整晚都无法入眠

最严重的问题是有一次check out的时候很慢，resit 写deposit rm50，但是那个员工告诉我电脑纪录rm38。最后让我浪费时间等她打给上司询问。

地理位置偏远交通不便勉强入住了3晚”
从机场大概坐了快2个小时的taxi才到的，连司机都问我们怎么会住这么偏远的地区，结果到了以后发现这里算是在山里的一个城市，几乎什么都看不到除了旁边有一家乐购超市，和一些小饭店以外几乎什么交通都是不方便的，我们坐了车再换了地铁差不多花了1个半小时才到了市中心对于游客来说确实不方便，不太推荐，但是对于价格和房间来说成正比，如果想住得清净一点的游客可以选择这里，但如果再便宜我不会住在这边，我宁愿多花一点钱住方便一点的地方，优点的话大概也只有房间比较新吧，真心不怎么推荐啊，而且我还住了3天呢哭。。。。。花钱住在首都的乡下确实犯贱呢！！！
