大厅很别致，我的房间过小。”
这间酒店的大厅设置是不错的。 天主教风格。 由于是小酒店，所以设施简单。 但是服务还是不错大的。 电召的士车都很方便。 我还给了保安一点消费。因为他帮我们搬行李，真的很辛苦啦。

Pros: 1. Walking distance to SPMC, mercury drugstore, fastfood chains and some restaurants located at Don Dionisio complex. Taxi cab going to Abreeza mall, SM lanang, some resto bars and coffee shops along F. Torres Street (JJ commune, Prime square compound) costs between 70-120pesos. 2. Accessible to transportation. 3. Deluxe suite room is spacious. It was clean. 4. Well functioning airconditioner and hot and cold shower. Cons: 1. No elevator. Not favorable for senior citizens, PWDs and other persons not capable of walking upstairs. 2. Slow sink drain. 3. The bath towels are not absorbent enough 4. Hair dryer is available upon request only. Thankfully, it was readily available when i requested for it. 5. No refill of complimentary bottled water and coffee after making up the room. But don’t hesitate to ask. They will provide it if you ask for it. 6. Always request or hang the make up room tag if you want your room to be cleaned.

It was quite far from a lot of tourist destinations. You need to tell the hotel staff to tidy the room everyday if you want because they will not do it if you dont tell them.

The location situation what I needed to do while in Davao. The hotel is not too far from the main road and diagonally near to SPMC. Internet is good. TV Channels well spread except that it took me awhile to get use to the remote as it is on cable. Came with breakfast so price is just alright.

Taken to the wrong type of room, had to be moved. Breakfast delivered to the first room. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. Hot water took longer to arrive than it lasted. Air conditioner sprayed water. Be aware...The airport transfers listed on their booking info (free everywhere else we stayed who listed this way) comes at a cost of p500.
