Good stay”
Although it's a hotel with an old design, the room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and able to lend help especially when we asked for foods (free breakfast) to be sent to our room. The location is in the middle of Taiping town that will ease us to find other attractions and restaurants. Overall, my family was satisfied with this hotel. Will consider to book again next time.

I use Agoda voucher which end up paying only RM21 for the stay for 3.pax plus breakfast.. Super awesome deal.. Breakfast simple but very variety.. Overall good stay.. Since the room are very spacious n clean.

Pros : Room is very spacious & clean. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. High WiFi speed in the room. Complimentary breakfast serve varieties of delicious local food. Ample parking for hotel guest. Friendly & helpful reception. Always greet every guest with a warm smile. Cons : Only 2 TV channel (local malay channel & BBC news). Water pump quite low. Bad soundproofing, I can hear clearly the next door guest talking, watching TV, toilet flushing & even her handphone alarm rang every morning.

Location is strategic. The room is big with high ceiling. Aircond is not centralised but it was cold. Toilet is good and clean. The bed was good. Ordered meal to room but the service was quite slow and the meal was so-so. The kettle contains coffee from God knows when. Open car park in front of hotel quite limited. WiFi weak and not stable.

Worth for price for short vacation”
Stayed for one night during weekend to brings kids to Taiping Zoo and Lake Garden. Front desk is very welcoming. Room is very clean and spacious. My room is on the first floor. Suitable for those who love high ceiling. Queen bed is cosy. Toilet is clean and labeled 'sanitised'. Ample parking spaces in front of and beside the hotel building. Asked for plates for tapau dinner inside the room (to avoid eating at crowded area in Taiping). Buffet breakfast served was worth for the price. Got nasi lemak with fried chicken, fried meehoon, sausages, porridge, salad, fresh fruits, toast and basic cereals.

Stay here for couple of times... spacious room (deluxe twin), clean and value for money. Location near to everywhere but breakfast just ok lah.

All is fine. Parking is outside of the hotel. Probably not enough space for everyone, but it's okay. The hotel is very near to the mosque - you can join the congregational prayer as the masjid is just across the road (beware of the traffic, though!)

Great staff and great service”
Room was quite big and clean. Ample parking spaces. Breakfast choice is limited but quite good. Most commendable part of my stay is the great service by the most of the hotel staff. Very polite, helpful and provides a great service overall. Will definitely stay here again if I do come back to Taiping.
