設施：5.0 價格：5.0 地點：4.5 清潔度：4.0 服務態度：5.0 總結：這次的住宿讓我非常滿意，而且價位也非常合理，舒適度的話見仁見智，如果硬是要挑毛病的話就是整潔方面可以做得更好👍🏻 房東很細心，在租客還沒入住之前就已經通過截圖以及影片的方式指導租客辦理入住的過程，說明也非常詳細（另外建議截圖添加房子門鎖那部分） 因為我是開車的還算非常方便，如果是乘搭公共交通就不是那麼方便，大概需要步行10分鐘才能抵達LRT 入住後其實因為在管制期間，而我本身大約傍晚6-7點才入住，所以公寓內的設施並沒有去了解，房子內的器具大致上都非常的完善： - 房子內有兩部冷氣，分別在客廳跟臥室 - 電視可以收看馬來西亞的普通頻道 - 廚房有微波爐、多用途電鍋、熱水壺、冰箱、還有碗碟餐具可以使用 - 如果長期入住還有洗衣機跟烘乾機可以使用，非常方便 房子的陳設跟服務會比較偏向住家式 另外下面就是一些個人看法： 沐浴用品較為簡單，如果換個容器應該會更有儀式感（個人的虛榮心🤣） 另外在Agoda上面的介紹沒有非常詳細，我在選擇時有猶豫了一陣子才選擇入住的，雖然說可以聯繫房東，可是有時就是才聊完就被人訂走了就很浪費時間，所以網頁介紹該說明的還是必須說明，例如： - 入住與退房時間 - 額外收取的押金 - 有提供免費車位也是賣點之一 - 房客預訂後可以主動打招呼以方便跟房客後續聯繫

Room was very spacious, clean, affordable and sufficient basic needs. Check-in and check-out procedures was very easy. Mohd Amin was very polite and helpful. Everything was great and no cons at all. Will stay again for sure ! Thank you Amin for being very helpful.

The unit was at the 24th floor , kinda got dizzy going up and down the elevator 😂. But if you don’t need to travel to and fro , you’d be good. There are 2 ac , one in the room and one in the hall , the unit was just nice , the single bedded room has no ac , the ac comes from the hall. But you gotta press a little hard on the buttons to increase /decrease the temperature settings😅. Maybe if the batteries were new , it would have worked in a jiffy. They had extra pillows and a futon in the cupboard. One thing about the shower was when you turn on the shower tap , the rain shower ons too 😅. Totally didn’t see that coming 😂 got my hair wet abit. But it wasn’t pouring too heavily. It did pour, but not heavily 😂. The kitchen is equipped with fridge , oven , utensils and electronic stove with hood. The host , Muhamad Amin was very helpful. Was quick to reply and was very kind. They also take RM 150 Refundable Security Deposit. The unit comes with a free parking too!

I stayed here with family for 2 nights on 4-6 August 2020. Bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities was satisfactory. Laundry with soap. Bathroom was nice, well decorated and quiet big too.. Living room was spacious with neat modern furniture. TV with WiFi and my children enjoyed the YouTube. Everything was clean and luxurious. Strategic location. Don't forget the swimming pool with the windy scenario. It was really cool. I miss my stay here. My family decided to make this residence as our hot spot in future. Please do come here. I recommend this place and I give 5 stars.💕💕💕

Good location for food hunters! Centralised located along Pudu. Relatively new condo with allocated parking space & facility . Not exactly 2 bedrooms but 1 bedroom with 1 partition. Mattress too hard not so comfortable
