认证房东- Check in 3pm / check out before 12pm. - Quiet hours from 10pm-10am - No smoking inside house (RM500 fine). - Vomiting and cigarette buds within the House area will be fine (RM100) - Rubbish are deposited in garbage bins & soiled dishes are cleaned & put away accordingly. (rubbish room is beside the lift) - Clean up after kitchen usage - NO drugs or any illegal activities - MUST remove your decorative without any damages. No any decorations on walls. (RM500 fine) - Do not move things and unit layout without host's consent - House must be return in clean and good condition - Linens, towels or any other damage/lost will be fine - ***we have all Malay cleaners here, pls pack and throw the rubbish away especially (non halal food and alcohol cans/bottles)*** TQ
