You must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in, so the property staff can bring the key. Guests also need to inform how many of them there are, and each guest's name in advance. If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel.
Guests must pay the amount of the 1st night of the reservation through Paypal, within 5 days after booking. The hotel will send an e-mail with the Paypal link and more information. Guests are required to pay the remaining amount of the reservation at time of check-in.
The property can only guarantee the booking if the payment is received within 5 days after booking. After that, cancellation may apply.
If you wish to store luggage before check-in, please inform the property in advance.
Please notify the property if you plan to check in after 19:00.
Please note guests cannot shorten their stay after checking in. If bookings are shortened, the total price of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be given. Please inform Tomogaki Inn in advance of your expected arrival time.
