It's a good and affordable place. When the family was there, they were quite helpful and we were able to ask every night for hot water. They have like four different WiFis, so it's a great chance that one is working like in our case. All in all not a bad place to stay!
Our arrival was quite strange as the owners weren't there and the child didn't know anything about our arrival. The following days the family wasn't really there and it was quite hard to get in contact with them if there was something needed.

Exceptional”

Lovely quiet place. Staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Owner gave me a fantastic deal on a room and motorcycle. Room was clean and bed very clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful and helped me to obtain my requirements to be able to the island in the lockdown period. I stayed here for 14 because I simply loved it. Highly recommend.

We loved it”

We had a great stay at Xylla's. The room was extremely clean, staff was helpful and nice, our laundry smelled like heaven and the food is great. We also made some special requests as for the meals and there was no problem with that. We are really happy with the stay and definitely recommend it if you like peace.
Not that we didn't like it but if you are not a comfortable motorbike driver it will be hard for you to get from/to San Juan in the evening. Its an 25 minutes drive in the dark (lots of dogs on the street) and one of you shouldn't drink when going out.

Staff were amazing! The actual hostel itself is beautiful and very laid back, which we loved. It’s a short scooter ride to the main strip in GL and just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is easily accessible. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms. Would definitely go back without hesitation.
