Pros: brand new villas tastefully furnished, lovely beach, great location close to bars/restaurants, excellent hosts. Cons: poor WiFi inside the villas (however that is to be expected in Siargao)

Have a nice beach front, and lots of restaurant around. But in the room the AC makes terrible noise, can’t sleep at all. second day they gave me a fan next to the bed, much better.

The cons were not a big deal to me and I’d definitely stay here again in the future! Pros: Right on the beach! This is what matters most to me Clean Strong air conditioning and ceiling fan Friendly and accommodating staff Walking distance to everything in General Luna Cons: WiFi didn’t reach my villa on the south end of the property No soap in shower or bathroom A new villa was still under construction (causing load noises in the morning)

This serene little property just off Tourism Road is ideal for travelers looking for some peace and quiet, while still being close to the action in the heart of General Luna. The best part is, you have your very own piece of beach front, complete with a hammock under a Talisay tree. Super chill place. Don't worry about the beach dogs, they're as friendly as the locals. :) And Barrel Bar, where you pick up your room keys (and you can also settle your room bill there), is a short walk away and offers a mean eat-all-you-can breakfast for just 350 pesos.

Pros: beach front (but cat swim), near establishments Cons: host is unresponsive and unwelcoming. Its a bit stressful to check in and out. The host is not anseering our call. Even not responding on our text. Try to look for other villas around the area.

I love the location. It is so close to all the restaurants and it is a beach front. There were no staff in the place. We did not know that we have to go rebel bar to get the keys. There were no instructions given to us. There are two rooms in the villa, different from what we expected. But overall, the place is okay. Not too clean, but okay. You get a huge space and the beach is right in front of the property.

Not a nice place to stay in terms of the quality of the room, but the location was good, - next to the sea and close to the main restaurants. Needs more improvement on the stuff since no reception available... it was not even a hotel , but just a house itself. Were staying for 3 days and the room was never cleaned. Were not given with the soup, toothbrushes or toothpaste. Electricity was turning off during day time for 2 days. Will I return here back - for sure not after seeing other more nicier places for a cheaper price and better quality of the room... to sum up, - I was disappointed during the stay over there ....
