Good location, although no private parking, but there is still a lot of public parking, WIFI is strong, the only thing is their staff is lack of experience, perhaps they are new staffs, and one more little thing is next to their hotel is a small clubbing call wonderland88, very noisy, you still can hear some music in the hotel room, not very loud, still within the acceptable level

Front desk and housekeeping staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good value for money. However, inside room can still feel the drum beat of music at certain time of the day and night due to loud techo music blasting from KTV Disco Pub next door.

Value for money if you are not a soft sleeer”
Got room on 2nd floor, hotel have no lifts, so for old folks do ask for low floor. room was short of 1 towel and no toilet roll/tissue,Have to go down again and ask for those item fear upon check out will charge,Deposit upon check in RM100.00 is way too much for this type of hotel.For those who sleep early and soft sleeper,avois staying here since next door the club music will play all way till the morning.walking distance to Times Squeare and lot of street food around at Pudu Plaza.

Good hotel but the staff isnt helpful”
me and my sister stayed here for 4d/3n at the 3rd floor. On our second night there around 3:00am there was some guest shouting outside our room and we didn know if they were just fighting or there was an emergency. We didnt go out and check it because it was just me and my sister, and we got really scared. The morning after that incident we informed the reception of what happened but they didnt know anything about it and said he will just review the cctv. the receptionist on night shift didnt even bother when we told her about it. and she just told us there's nothing they can do about it. After that night we didnt feel safe staying in that hotel. The internet on the 3rd floor kept on disconnecting every minute.

Great hotel but worst noise all night long!”
We booked this hotel for two nights and didn't sleep at all due to the very loud music (you could also feel the strong bass vibration) from 8pm to 8am, non-stop! The hotel itself was really nice and clean. They even had drinking water for free. The staff was really helpful as well. Wouldn't stay here again :/

A Thief Staff”
All good until we check out from the hotel. I left the deposit receipt at the room. I just left the room less than 1 minutes, to ask receptionist to open back access for the room. But, the receipt is gone. We searched all space in the room, but found nothing. And the worse thing happen, actually the cleaning staff who go into our room and took that small paper. Ugh. He not informed to us about that paper, and kept for himself. Lastly, he like hero, show the paper he 'found'. WTH. How he even took the receipt just in few seconds??
