Nice budget hotel”
Room is small but enough for 2 persons and room is clean, basic amenities are provided as well. Just some hotel guests speak loudly at the corridor at the midnight. Other than that, everything is good.

I booking at agoda is for queen bed,but when I check in,the staff told me is double single,I show him the booking details,he said just follow by system and no more queen bed size bedroom,really disappointed.But room is clean and provide some toiletries.Will come back again next time trip,but hope won’t happen again for the mistake.

Great location, clean bathroom, helpful staff”
I only stayed for 1 night. The location is about 3 min walk to MRT Bukit Bintang. The staff at the reception, Ali and the another lady were really nice and helpful. The room was clean especially the bathroom.

Solo Traveller Rooms Booked : Deluxe Twin Pros : Room is quite and cozy, multiple choices of TV channels, located n Seri Gembira Avenue, restaurant and convenience store is nearby walking distance, suitable for short trip or business trip, have an elevator and car parking lot, toiletries provided Cons : Actually it is under another hotel name, it makes people difficult to find the exactly location of hotel, the photo is misleading people that deluxe twin room can change from twin single bed to queen bed, when check in the receptionist said the hotel room is fully occupied and can't change, the complimentary tea and coffee pack is in the lobby near elevator, it's not convenience, blockage in bathroom
