這是價錢便宜，地點方便，附近生活機能佳的旅館。 美中不足的是入住時，櫃檯給的房卡壞了無法開門，最後解決方法是每次出去回來，要請櫃檯人員幫忙開房門，要求換別間房，被告知客房已滿（我入住當天是平日週三），至於是生意非常好或是不想換給我就無從得知了。

Excellent budget stay”

This establishment is also known as Sunrise Hotel. You may either make reservation for Sunrise Hotel or Zen room Jalan Barat in Agoda. I've stayed here twice, for first time by booking room at Sunrise Hotel and for the second time by booking Zen room Jalan Barat. I found that booking Zen room Jalan Barat would be much cheaper. If you're a budget traveller, this place is excellent . It is clean and comfy. Toiletries is provided but not toothbrush. The towel is new, clean and smell nice, which is rare for budget hotel. Although I got a windowless room, the room smell nice as well. I have to compliment their room service for this. It is also very thoughtful for the room service lady because I left the room with my dirty clothes hanging in the bathroom and she left few scoops of detergent for me in the room (thanks!). The room have three floors with a lift, so you don't have to worry if you have heavy luggage. My only complain is, they only provide two soft pillows. I need more. LRT station is about 10 minutes walk to the hotel, the path is mostly covered and bus stop is at the hotel doorstep. If you too lazy to walk to the LRT station just wait for a green bus that will take you there for free. Or pay RM1 for other buses but don't just hop in, make sure the bus pass by the LRT station. Ask first. KL sentral station is just 6nstations away,or you can just yake grab there for RM8 (non-peak hours). Below the hotel there is a banana leaf restaurant and a mamak restaurant next to it. Few steps away from the main entrance is a clinic, pharmacy, 24 hours convenient store and KFC (fast food). Walking distance, there is laundry, 7-11, another mamak, coin-laundry and a guardian (pharmacy). Walk out a little bit there are many other restaurants (AnW, Secret recipe, Baskin Robins, Starbucks, nasi Padang restaurant) and banks at the nearby commercial center. All in all, it is unfair to expect more than what a hotel such as this can provide. But for the price that I pay

Easy check in. Room is big considered the price. Clean room. Very strategic with nearby restaurants and convenient store. 5 mins walk to nearby Asia Jaya LRT.

Overall ok”

Im happy stayed this bugdet hotel, near to the city and easy accessible to many places. For those who bring the car, it is might difficult to find the car parking space because the location within shop lot area which no specifically for hotel guess parking. Worth for money value.

Based on economical standard, everything about de hotel is great, except 1 thing which is there is no closet for de room that I stayed. If de hotel do provide closet to my room. This would have been 1 of de best hotel (economical standard) that I have stayed so far.

Room was clean and well presented, parking is hard to find and there was no security whatsoever so be sure to bring your steering lock for peace of mind. the air conditioner in our room did not work properly so we told the reception and they promptly changed us into a different room. There are convenient store and restaurants located just beside the hotel so it's really convenient.

The room is clean and new, no bad smell and comfy enough. Nearby hotel got 24hours convenient stores and a few restaurant surrounding the hotel. Guardians and pharmacy also just few minutes walks. Starbucks and kfc also just around the corner. Location is good . Stay 2 nights here and satisfied.

Good location, value for money, friendly staff, very convenient. laundry shop, food shop, KK, 99, 7-11, KFC walking distance. Not easy to find a parking lot during daytime.

Good budget hotel overall”

This was a good budget hotel. No cleanliness issue during my stay. Everyrhing was fine. The only disadvantage it was a bit noisy at night because of poor soundproof. But still I managed to sleep well.

Great services provided by the receptionist. Can speak both Malays & English. De room cleaner is cleaning de room really well & fast. But hard to find parking. Overall, it's value for money.
