The gym is very nice but the air conditioning is not high enough. They only turn it on when the guest arrives at the gym. It takes at least half an hour to cool off. At the breakfast buffet, The Middle Eastern dishes are substandard. Not edible at all. The Thai dishes are acceptable, sometimes ok other times not good.

Areas for Improvement”
The Hotel provides a good option for travellers looking to stay in a hotel that provides HALAL breakfast/restaurants.
However, the breakfast buffet spread is not as good as those provided by other hotels in Malaysia that provide HALAL food.
Also, the restaurant does not have the items specified in its menu. For instance, we ordered caramel custard and crepe normande but were informed neither was available. And this was early evening at about 8pm.
One other suggestion would be for each bathroom in a room to have a tray its shower area for placing the body shower and a soap tray on its washing basin for placing the hand soap.
Water pressure problems. Got scalded in shower on first night. Warm to burning hot unexpectedly. Serious problem. Second time I have stayed. Will be the last.

We have rushed up and checked after you have inform us and have found out that the hot water pipe pressure on the floor was fluctuated in the morning . We have watch this case closely and fix the problem as soon as we recieved your complaint. thank you for informing us.
It is a nice hotel and I really liked staying there and I gave them flying marks on their customer feedback pamphlet but was so disappointed after I checked out and I asked the concierge to assist me in getting me a taxi to the airport and he tried to make money out of me! So disappointing and really sad! I wasn't happy about that at all and this really killed my two days good experience in the hotel! I expect that the staff is there to assist and give honest support to tourists and foreigners new to the country not to try to make also money on the side!

We thank you for your staying with us. We were glad to served you. We were sorry to heard your disappointments. However, we did an investigation regarding to your concern. We founf out that is just a misunderstood. Upon your request for outside taxi the our bellman ask the driver and the driver want a contract rate not a meter rate which is very common here in Bangkok specially along sukhumvit area wher alot of tourist. We facing the same problem with taxi drivers who is using meter and prefer a contract rate. And our concierge not earning from that. We hope for your understanding and hope to see you again on your next visit here in Bangkok.
