Good place, but very poor service”

The service is so poor. The phone number that they give you is not able to call the company. They didn't give me the password to get in and didn't answer you when you call them for help. I had to find the neighbor that can speak japanese to contact them. And they can't find you booking number from Agoda too.

Pleasant stay but pre-arrival communication has to be improved ”

We got a bit frustrated before arrival because of the flat owner’s ignorance. We asked for key collection arrangement a week before we travelled, but only receive responses four days later, after we called Agoda for follow-up twice. Such attitude made us unsure about whether we would actually have a place to stay upon arrival. Also, we did not get any answers to our enquiry during our stay. Communication is definitely the greatest setback of our experience here. The apartment itself is spacious and clean - suitable to accommodate a family of 3-4. It is well-equipped with high-speed WiFi, washing machine, hair dryer etc., but may need more pots and pans to deal with cooking needs. The neighbourhood is tranquil. There is a nice restaurant right opposite to the house and a huge supermarket in ten-minutes walk. Just beware that some shops may close early. Convenient to travel to Furano and Asahikawa from the town, especially with your own car.
