Agoda 未能發現我重複訂房的錯誤, 酒店發現只通知我但未能有跟進協助, 待我回國後跟進, 酒店只當我是no show亦不肯退款, 很失望及不服呀. 又第二天發現存放在保險箱內的錢有部份不翼而飛, 已向經理反影, 當然他說沒可能而我們又沒有證據喲!!!

The best choice in a best place”
Argenta Tower is situated in the heart of the most beautiful area of Buenos Aires City, Called Recoleta. You will be near Galerias Pacifico Shopping mall and of some ot the most important historic buildings. The hotel is luxury in an excellent price. Confort and a big breakfast is secured.

Bad opening experience with hotel airport pickup”
Inefficient unhelpful lazy reservation staff who did not pass our flight change (unplanned due to Qantas craziness) on to airport taxi the hotel arranged, which resulted in double charge (Ar$440) to us. Unfriendly & unwelcoming front desk staff just shrugged the matter off as "tough luck you gringo "! From the cozy discussion between them and the driver it stank of a real planned ripoff. However one (big bald bikie bloke) was (the next day) very helpful in reconfirming flights, transport, recommending Tango show booking. Large room, comfy bed, kitchenette/dining. Clean but toilet backed up on the last morning - Coffee bag not replenished - aaaah - especially as had to catch a 4am taxi Excellent free wifi Excellent included breakfast

The staff who work there are friendly. I love the location. It is close to a train and subway station. You can walk to the famous Avenida Santa Fe and Florida. The other side of Avenida nueve de julio is Recoleta, which is a chic neighborhood.

the hotel is close to everything, so you can literally walk everywhere, but it is in an area where the place is calm and fairly quiet at night opposed to the ones near the centro. i walked to the train station to get a train to tigre, to avenida santa fe, metro station, palermo and recoleta neighborhoods, and centro. it was very convenient.

部屋は広く、快適だった。フロントデスクの人に、ガウチョツアーを頼んだが、気軽に応じてもらい非常にありがたかった。近くにアンデス料理のレストランもあり、場所・サービスが充実していてよかったです。

コロニア行きのフェリーの時間を尋ねたら、インターネットで調べてくれて、プリントアウトしてくれて、その上、電話もしてもらい非常に助かった。また、是非泊りたい。
