前台有华人，能讲中文，服务好。位置在市中心，但是因为地震后未恢复，周围感觉很荒凉。离182张白椅子景点很近，离集装箱购物广场有10分钟的步行距离。房间很干净整洁。

Arrived early after a long international flight from Canada. Was able to check in early thanks to a wonderful front desk staff member. Room was comfortable. Two single beds, but would have been better suited to have two double beds. Small kitchenette was nice, but was didn’t use it. Location was great being within a ten minute walk of downtown core. Would recommend.

Walking distance to CBD. No sound from the busy roads at night. Warm rooms. The flooring in the bathroom had lifted. The fan fell apart in my hands. The dish rack was out of reach on top of the cupboard. The location is what we enjoyed. We would stay again even though there were a few things that could be upgraded. Thanks.

Great location to see the city”
Location, large room, easy walk to the major city attractions. Shower had to step up into. Long black hairs in the bathroom, one on the inside of the toilet bowl!!

Value for money”
Very quiet rooms, helpful staff and very clean Although radiator wasn't working a heater was supplied, which kept us toasty on first very cold night of our stay. Not so happy with power box dangling under TV or the rather grotty washing up brush supplied, which I threw in the rubbish. Manager/staff supplied us with extra blankets, plus extra milk & mug on the first day. Very handy to city, transport, etc.
