A quiet place with not too many people and high building, a place different from other cities in Japan.
Compare to other big cities in Japan, FUKUOKA is less crowded and easy to transport to other areas, and
I think a trip to FUKUOKA can suit the needs of all families members.
You have to live near hakata station, and get some time to visit some suburb area around Fukuoka. It
won't waste you too much time to have an suburb visit but you will definitely enjoy it. Shop first and eat later if you are a late night person. The shop almost closed before 8:30,while the restaurant stay up till midnight. I would recommend Fukuoka for people who come to Japan for their first time. It is small and simple. It would not travel too far from one point to another but you could still get many things in one place.
