酒店有專車來往Harbour Front地鐵站-D出口，也可在商場3/F乘搭單軌電車入島，有酒店入住憑證免入島費（S$4)，在尾站沙灘站落車，有小火車（小汽車）免費接駁到附近景點和酒店，約第三站下車（先通知司機酒店名稱，見到酒店名牌坊傍邊樓梯上（48級）很輕鬆就到，見到大鐵閘不用考慮，輕輕拉開進去就看到一個很美的泳池，靠左上二樓就是24小時Front Desk，我們四人約11時到達，前台姐姐Lynne很快便為我們辦好入住手續，並且先幫我們寄存行李在一個上鎖了的房間，因房間在整理中，通知我們下午2時半很才可以回來取房，她很細心講解酒店設施和check out時間(廣東話），其他工作人員懂說英語和華語，也很友善和有禮，酒店房間內部簡約風格，空間也算大，傢具稍陣舊但清潔，浴室花灑水力稍弱，熱水要些時間調較，只是有些小馬蟻，但島上滅蚊措施做得很好，完全沒有被叮咬過。我們在樂怡渡假酒店住了3天兩夜，真心覺得好開心和舒適呢！
The worst stay ever ”
The toilet is dirty. The room smells weird It’s super small and the staff can ask if u need extra mattress or pillow will be additional charge Like as if there’s sufficient place for that ! We Booked for two nights and didn’t even stay for a night we checked out at 10 plus on the day it self not suitable for family Disappointed

they should hire more staff to cater the needs of the guests. understaff is very common in SG.
The hotel was okay but the staff was quite grumpy and looked like they don't like their guest. I was told the check out time should be at 10.30 am! like wth! They said theirs is different than others. Who the hell wake up so early just to check out. Be considerate please! when i asked for late check out (at least until 12) they said that's not possible or i have to pay full one day.
A decent Resort that need an uplift”
Each time to reach the Resort ,we have to climb stairs.

The venue and the room looks so old. The toilet looks ancient. The view isn't fantastic. There is no lift so if your room is the topmost floor, good luck with that. For the price that this place charges, I'd much rather pay slightly more and stay at the Siloso Beach Resort instead.

With high cost paid for stay per night, there is no access to phone to reception( emergency), no free wifi, room seemed no difference from 5 years ago. Poor maintenance. Bedroom pillows one 1 each provided. Should have mentioned this as location will not be as convenient to go in or out. Worst, had to pay additional $5++ for stiff pillows. Not a good stay. Had better ones with much better pricing.

Room is very clean for a resort. Jus need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and shampoo
Really horrible resort ”
First of all yes it is the cheapest in Sentosa so I didn't expect it to have a wow factor but it is really worst than what I expected. After we checked in and head to the room, to our surprise the room is not even lock. Who has been lying on the bed or putting anything inside before we check in ? We won't know. We opened the door and there is this super strong awful smell to welcome us. The aircon is leaking, the design of the toilet is really old. The smell near the fridge is really horrible. We have no choice but to stay there as there will be a event the over the weekend. What we paid is what we get but I personally feel that at least have a standard in cleanliness. We will never return and will definitely not recommend anyone to this resort. Plus point The staffs there are really nice.
Poor Hospitality and Run Down Resort”
Poorly managed resort. The electrical wiring is old. The fridge isn't working. Despite informing the front staff on the malfunction of the fridge yet nothing was done. The housekeeper is rude and pressing you to vacate the room. Would not recommend for any future stay.
Bit shabby and run down”
The picture on the internet was nothing like the accommodation I was offered. The first room had a nasty damp smell, so I was shown another but that was worst! Third one was acceptable and the air conditioning worked so that was a blessing. But I was plunged into darkness twice with faulty wiring. However the staff were very accommodating so it was okay.
stayed there for 3D2N with my family and sister's family. We have a super small room and when asked to change to a bigger room but was rejected. My sister got a much bigger room than we have and we are paying the same amount! There is no daily housekeeping and we have to bring our towers for exchange. No disposable tooth brush.. feel that the hotel should be more flexible to accommodate the requirement for customers. With the price paid, I would rather pay a little higher to stay at Siloso Resort next time. will not consider this resort for stay in future.
No breakfast. No drinking water. You need anything from the hotel, they gave you nothing. They don't even have ONE adapter if any one guest might need to charge their cell phone.
We have booked a total of 6 rooms and we have requested if they can arrange our room near to each other, but they disagree and told us that rooms were fully booked. Another issue was the bbq pit, they told us that we have to book at least 2 bbq pits since we were a big group and tables are not enough for us since 1 bbq pit only occupy 1 table, hence we booked 2 pits. Since we were a large group, we requested them to change the pit to 1 & 2 coz that's the only pit with a bench near to it. So we thought the pit would be convenient for us. But staff told us that even the bbq pits were fully booked and changes on the pits were not allowed as customers have reserved the pits. We were also told by the staff that some customers were complaining to them as we were occupying most of tables during lunch time. To our surprise, it was already 10pm and there was only one bbq pit that was rented by another guest. Where are all the guest that you told us that the rooms and pits were fully booked???
