Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and the pool was clean and warm too, it was a great way to start and end our day. The rooms are spacious with 3 comfortable beds (1 queen and twin beds). Toiletries such as bath towels, soap, shampoo and toothpaste sachets were provided. It has bidet and water heater too. The kitchen has a microwave, electric stove and basic cooking and eating utensils. We experienced water interruption on our first day (during the night, we waited for more than an hour for water to resume) and in the morning . We appreciated that the owner called me (she's in the US) to apologize and letting us know that she escalated it to the Admin office. Overall, we had a really nice stay in this unit and the owner responds to your queries immediately.
super enjoy mga kids ko sa amenities dahil sa playground and of course sa pool... ung room malaki at malinis kaya mag-accomodate ng 8persons... very accomodating po ni Ms. Grace lahat po ng tanong ko sinasagot po nya...
Excellent place, with swimming pool and childrens playground. The unit is enough for 8-10 persons. It is good to bring a car so distance to city center and other places will not be difficult.
The place is spacious and good for families with young children. My kids enjoyed the pool and the playground. Towels and toiletries were provided. Also, the owner is very responsive in my emails. Will definitely recommend and book our stay there again in our next vacation to Tagaytay.

(+)ms grace is very accomodating - d place is big & very affordable - aircon is good, mlamig cia - wifi is good (-) only 4 towels& shampoo, are provided for 5 adults - were not informed dat d swimming pool is under maintenance - d faucet in the kitchen is leaking - only one trash bin is provided - no kettle 2b use for coffee
