If I have to point the prominent strength of this hotel, it should be their staff. Very friendly and helpful! And for location is very near to Alun-alun, you can easily reach the city center. The room is also incredibly neat and clean. Will coming back to this hotel if i have a visit to Jember 😁

A jewel in the town of Jember”
Finding a hotel of this quality at the end of a long drive is incredible. It is clean, modern, has ample parking, freindly helpful staff, a choice of dining locations and good food. Breakfast is an excellent mix of asian and european choices and hot order chef available for eggs done however you want them. A great start to the next leg of any journey. Just unhappy we forgot our swimming costumes. There is also a bar overlooking Jember where you can view the entire town. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone

Booked 2 modern (AU$33)rooms for 3 nights no fridge, clean, good showers, tv, nice music,sky lounge with kareoke, kid friendly pool, excellent staff, great location, will breakfast bit tasteless,borring poor for $9,-, don't even have cereal. small roomservice/ sky lounge menus, but hey... U would pay triple in Ozz, install gojack app and enjoy.. prob ll return in upgrade room.

Entering the hotel with limited parking space…. Entering lobby with old fashion style of front office. I thought i won’t like the hotel. Surprisingly, when i entered the room it is beyond my expectation. Clean, nice and very comfortable room, bed, and bthroom. Recommended hotel room but i suggest the management to reset the receptionist interior design

The hotel is in the old city center of Jember. There were not many good restaurants close by but otherwise the location was ok and reasonably easy to find. Breakfast was a bit basic if you wanted European style food but plenty of choice for Indonesian breakfast. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
