Clean and Just Like the Pictures!!!”
There is currently construction going on outside the building, so the view is a little iffy, but the rooms are clean, pretty, and accommodating. What you see is what you actually get. The lobby is beautiful, a little condensed, but still aesthetically pleasing and the complimentary breakfast is a mostly bread (pastries), with a banana. I was a BTS, SoFi, visitor and it was definitely a wonderful stay, given the circumstances. I had a peaceful hotel experience.

Great- but not near anything”
Hotel itself and the staff were great, what you'd expect from the Hilton brand. The area is a little sketchy though, and you can't walk anywhere- it's literally surrounded by freeways. This was minor for me as I was traveling for work, but exploring the area is one of the things I love about holiday travel, and you'll be only taking cabs out of this location.

A hotel in average”
The room cleaning was lousy. No replacement of soap, towels, bath mat, shapoo, coffee, etc after cleaning. The bill wasnt correct at the first time. Need to verify before payment & leaving.

proximity to meeting venue. Rooms are decent size. Shopping Complex at walking distance. AC is a bit noisy.

Unimpressed”
The Hilton is known for being a trusted hotel brand, however this particular hotel was unimpressive. The day time staff were pleasant and accommodating, however the night staff seemed as though they would rather be anywhere else. When asking for coffee that run out prior to breakfast window being finished, I received a shrug and the person at the front desk turned their back. The walls are thin meaning you hear every door open and close, impacting your sleep. The food was good quality, if expensive, and the kitchen was helpful. The hotel room was clean in some areas, not in others. Worst of all, the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle on the booking site I worked with and IT DOES NOT HAVE A FREE SHUTTLE. No apology about paying an extra $50 to get to and from the airport. I would not stay here again.

Hotel located near to dinar restaurant where you can get some nice ribs and fish & chips. Also located near to a mall about 12mins walk away. Good facilities with nice gym too.
