地點非常方便，酒店內有電梯直到天橋到BTS站，步行一分鐘已到，下雨天也不用淋雨! 一到達酒店門已經被噴水池華麗門口吸引，拍了很多照片。 甫進門馬上有服務員來替你推好看管行李，服務態度一流。 酒店房間非常寬敞，有行李架放行李不會佔走廊空間。浴室同樣很大，梳洗空間非常充足。洗澡沒有浴缸，個人比較喜歡企缸感覺衛生點。 床褥厚硬適中，一覺睡到天光。 美中不足是床頭沒有usb位，記得帶備轉插充電。 隔天的早餐才是重頭戲！非常多選擇，飲品也有十多款: 芒果奶昔，甘筍奶昔，各類果汁，當時少不了泰奶:) 熱食也不讓人失望，有飯，粥，燒賣，包，即煮麵食。西式沙律

環境整潔，房間舒適，泳池和一旁的Bar很棒”
BTS S5 surasak 出口連通道，下雨天不怕淋濕；飯店到asiatique計程車跳表只要55Bat，可以請前台幫忙打車。和暹羅站同條線，搭地鐵去暹羅3號出口的superrich（不要出站）換錢也很方便。 飯店附近有Heatlth land Sathon 分店，如果人很多後面還有king & I boutique spa服務也很好，價格比health land低一些。 再來是必須推薦的飯店附近的當地餐廳，Laab Ubon，好吃而且價格相當便宜～從飯店走路大約3分鐘，營業到半夜，很適合當晚餐宵夜～ 飯店的無邊際泳池很適合拍美照，池畔旁邊的飲料跟酒價格合理，這次住宿沒訂早餐所以就不評論了，基本上什麼都好，唯一要挑剔的應該是房間淋浴的水溫忽冷忽熱～不好掌握。

房間清潔有待改善，內線聯絡十分混亂”
並不是每天更換牀單，垃圾桶也不是每天都清理，執房質素有待改善，不甚滿意。 第一日check in 發現廁所沒有牙刷，酒店電話按“0”接通前臺提出要求，對方表示我們打錯了，是要按“0”尋找前臺，一整個問號，難道是我按錯了嗎？好吧，我掛斷，確定按的是“0”，接通，重複要求，卻得到一樣的回覆，這讓人十分惱火。加重語氣重複要求並表示我確實是按“0”撥通的，對方才表示會安排。 這是甚麼回事？！是服務人員不願意跟進客人要求，還是酒店電話接線安排有問題？反正這樣的事情在我3晚的住宿里面發生了好幾次（牙刷沒有梳子沒有，都需要要求才給），完全奔潰，服務混亂，三星級酒店都不會有這種問題。
