酒店位置十分方便，下雨天也不用擔心沒帶雨傘。早餐食物選擇很多，每天也會轉換菜式。 酒店游泳池亦很大，適合一家大少入住。”

酒店位置超好，可直達BTS站，下雨也不怕，泳池大，房間空間大，早餐款式普通，不過不失！酒店 設施也有點日子，另外不是每個房間也有洗衣機的。房間有煮食用具適合帶小孩的家庭

已經多次入住這酒店, 酒店連接同集團的百貨公司及BTS,對面有大型商場EmQuartier. 週邊10min 步程就可到達出名餐廳,按摩店,香薰店. 房間很大, 分別住過面向Benchasiri Park 和 EmQuartier 的不同風景, 兩面風景都很開揚美好. 員工很友善主動. 唯一不滿意的是浴室浴缸連淋浴的設計. 淋浴時浴缸邊堆積水並流出地面. 地面排水不好而存水濕滑. 這酒店其他滿意度高, 值得推介.

エンポリアム直通、駅チカでBts利用は便利ですが、タクシーだと大渋滞です。 プールは小さいですが、入る人が少ないので、貸し切りで楽しめます。都会のオアシス癒やされます。 ジムはマシーンが充実しており、ヨガなどのスタジオメニューも参加できました。 出張中のサラリーマン、在住の方と日本人だらけなので、朝食会場は日本にいるみたいです! 部屋も広く、日本のTVも見れるのでタイ初心者の方にはオススメホテルです。

部屋、共有部分共に清潔に清掃されていました。朝食ビュッフェも種類が多く、毎日少しずつ内容も変わり満足出来ました。ホテルプールも初めて利用しましたが、子供用の浅いプールあり、大人も泳ぎごたえのある広さです。全体的に満足して利用出来ました。
