走到通萨拉码头20多分钟，满月派对时坐双条不划算，不怕走不怕晒的还是可以接受的。周边Big C和7-11都不远，马路对面是几家便宜实惠的小餐厅。

为了满月🌕party而来，不想住在苏梅岛，半夜来回折腾，喝了酒，还有风浪，45分钟，麻烦..本想租摩托开车去玩，但是连本地司机都告诫，因为满月party大家都出来，各种车与摩托，超级容易发生车祸，因为这个岛全是上下起伏的山路，天黑没路灯，在国外出去玩为开心，受伤了可就麻烦了，不管大小，而且在酒店可以定车100泰铢就过去了，8点9点10点，回来的时候，有超级多的敞篷出租车拼车，随时可以走，也是100或150，酒店出门向右满月趴，向左是饭店等等，住的房间是复式那种，进门一张床，楼上一张床

THE HEAVEN FOR COUPLES OR SOLO TRAVELLERS”
Staff, Customer Service, Ethics & Professionalism: The service was excellent in the hotel. Anything you needed help with, they could assist you. 100% with smile & honesty. The staff were extremely friendly, lovely and very helpful. The best part is after a night of New Year Eve celebration and we had been inside of the room most of the day resting. The owner (A beautiful lady by the name of Miss First) approached us at night by mentioning our names and asking us if we are okay. Such a kind gesture and an instant mood lifter! We've been assist to checked in early and its depending to the rooms availability. Fantastic First & Frang Hotel Staff Deserve a Medal: 1. Miss First (Probably the boss). 2. Miss Aey. 3. P.. (The only guy stay next to the kitchen). 4. All the front desk staff (Male & Female, day & night). 5. All the housekeeping team (4 to 5 ladies, short & long hair). 6. The guy who is managing the minimart. You guys made this hotel become 1 of the most lovely place in Phangan

Amazing Staff”
One of the owners (First) is AMAZING. I unfortunately lost my phone, keys and credit card one night on the island and was pretty stuck. She went above and beyond to help me with whatever she could and was so friendly. The customer service is just so on point here. Aside from the great staff the building is very clean and comfortable. Lots of room, a pleasant layout and close to the pier. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the island. Thanks again First!

A HONEST MOTORBIKE RENTAL COMPANY IN KOH PHANGAN”
Bike Rental: Where is the best place to rent a bike here? If you stay at this hotel or nearby, get the bike from this shop 'P... NEE'. The hotel will assist you. Main reason, the owner such a very good & honest guy. Age around late 70s to early 80s. An old man with a lot of stories to tell and a lot of experiences to share. This uncle can speak english fluently too. He has many motorbikes to offer and he's running a workshop business too. 100% FULLY RECOM MENDED if you are looking for a honest motorbike/scooter hire company on koh phangan PS: P... Nee Bike Rental Shop located just few minutes away (walking distance) from the hotel. Turn to the left once you come out from the hotel. This shop next to small Thai foo restaurant made by bamboo with the signage of 'Thai Food 50B - 60B'.

Perfect stay ”
Everything is so excellent.I chose this hotel as per nice comments& rating.And I don't disapoint at all.Staff are freindly,wonderful location as it is between Makro & Big C Supermarket.The hotel is very easy to find (it' s on the main road and 2 km from Thongsala ferry port). They provide common kitchen for anyone to use.Room is lovely as they seperate one bed on the ground and climb up wooden stair for second bed. I really recommend every one to stay here.

Good place to stay for the Full Moon Party”
We stayed one night for the party and this hotel served us really well. The room was small but comfortable. The hotel is close to the pier, amazing restaurants and a big shopping center. It also provides direct transport to the party. If you are coming for the Full Moon Party, I can recommend to stay here.

Was a bit expensive for what it is, probably because of full moon party. You've got all the basics, but no pool etc. Family room is decent, older furniture but it's clean, shower water is good, bath tub has decent size, Ac works. Just not cozy at night, just adding some non-white lights to the room would make it a lot nicer to stay!

Clean, secure with good little shop at the front. Washing machines available and space to hang clothes out. Staff polite and helpful. No window in my room so felt a little bit boxed in after a few days.

Terrible experience but place is fine otherwise ”
Accommodation is decent - good location and basic but comfortable room. Staff don’t always clean the room (and refresh the towels and daily water), even when you leave the sign on the door requesting them to clean it. My stay was utterly soured, though, by a bad experience on the last night/check out. During the night, the air conditioner, which is hung very high in the wall (almost at the ceiling, strangely), started leaking badly. Water damaged some of my belongings, including electronic cables, and soaked my clothes. I didn’t complain, though, as these things happen. And, up until then, everything had been fine, so it wasn’t worth causing an issue over. However, when I was walking to the bathroom holding my room key, which has two plastic tags on it, I slipped in a puddle of water from the air conditioner. I smashed my back and broke my fall with my hand holding the key. Part of the plastic broke but the key was still perfect and the plastic bits were only particularly chipped. I went downstairs to mention this and I was told it was fine. When checking out an hour or so later, the staff attempted to withhold 650B of my 1,000 deposit. I was outraged and mentioned that my clothes were all soaked because of the faulty air conditioner; and that I had slipped and fallen in the water that had come in, thereby chipping some of the plastic off the key fob. I had to stand my ground over being fined for an accident that was, to all intents, caused by faulty equipment. Eventually they took 300B from me. I didn’t have time to argue as I had a ferry to catch. But I made it clear that I was absolutely furious to be charged for a piece of plastic that would cost 50B maximum to replace. Long story short: terrible experience but the place itself is fine, if slightly overpriced.

the so called hotel is a strip of windowless concrete rooms. the rooms smell like cellar. the hotel is rather far away from thong sala. the staff is partying at night, so be prepared for a sleepless night.
