Satisfactory provincial Thai hotel”

So many hotels are completely non-smoking these days that I now forget to request a non-smoking room. This hotel still has smoking rooms and because I forgot to request a non-smoking room, this is what I got. It had the familiar smell, but wasn't too bad. This part of 'real' Thailand sees very few Western tourists. It took a special request to get a knife at breakfast to spread my marmalade and there was no milk for my coffee - just the sweet, condensed Carnation milk that Thais like. Water pressure in the shower is very low, the hot warm is only luke warm, and there is the constant sound of running water in the bathroom. However, it's not a bad place if you need to stay in central NST.

Convenient to downtown core, chinatown. 2 blocks from songthaew service along north-south main road. Included b-fast wasn't buffet but was decent offering Thai and western options. Staff accomodated our request to watch our bags for a few hrs after checkout.

Me and my boyfriend came to stay here for twice and we both very impressed with this hotel a lot, yhos hotel very comfortable, quiet, the room very clean , near the market and shopping center, and not expensive at all.

Everything you need is there!”

The location is extremely convenient, i.e. 2-5 minutes walk from the hotel to Big-C shopping mall, 7-11 shop, morning market, and the main street. We don't eat breakfast at the hotel, but walk to the famous Dim Sum restaurant, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It's the best place and best price you can get.

Hotel for the local farmers”

Grand Park is neither grand nor a park. It is a reception hall with an added hotel. English speakers or any international guests.... are at a disadvantage. Any questions more than standard cannot be dealt with. Reception staff will find you bothersome. Hot water disappears for hours on end.The beds are hard as concrete.No pool, no gym. Breakfast? dont do it! No wonder it is cheap.

Ok for short business trip”

The hotel located in area of Nakhon Si Thammarat city. Therefore, it is okay for short business trip in the city. It is easy to reach other places such as shopping centers. It also not too far from the airport and easy to travel to other cities nearby such as Samui.

The location is right for me...near the church. The room is as expected as seen from internet. The hotel is old but still it is very clean and I slept well.
